The room was awful. There was scribbling on the lamp shade, on the walls, and on the heater. The walls and ceiling had chipped and peeling paint. There was a hole and splintering in the inside bathroom door. Bathroom register was rusted and bent. The bathtub had streaks of white paint, I assume to cover rust streaks or damage. The toilet paper holder was missing. The draperies were held together in the center with chip clips and were not on the rod correctly. When I tried to open the draperies, the entire rod fell on my head and shoulder. We tried to put it back up, but the bracket would not work, so we propped it on top of it. I suspect that was how it was originally, which is why it fell on me.The floor was dirty and the table was smeared with food. A drawer pull had pulled out and was laying on top of the dresser. One of the pillowcases had red letters drawn on it with marker. There were no cups on the sink, no coffeemaker in the room. Coffee was available in the lobby, if someone was around to make it. The newspapers provided were over a week old and never changed in the three days of our stay. There were no vending machines, and since the place is on a one way divided highway, getting to a store or restaurant meant driving until you find a uturn marking and driving the whole way back. The motel is to the left of another motel and an adult book store/entertainment place. This is not a motel I would ever stay at again. Pictures available upon request of room damage.

This hotel is terrible, the toilet is very unpleasant, you find cockroaches, and it is terrible inside, the paint is all damaged.

The room was terribly dirty. We specifically asked for a non smoking room but the room reeked of cigarette smoke. There was a large hole in the wall, splatter stains on the walls, dirty floors, dirty bathrooms. There was hair in the tub! The towels were stained and dirty. The bed smelled of body oder, pets and smoke. Wouldn't stay here even if I paid $20. Very run down

The tv didnt work but they replaced it , microwave didnt work , refrigerater was old and didnt get very cold ,shower curtin and tub was molded . Continous dog barking from people who i think was living there in the rooms.The motel felt unsafe and shady . We won't stay there again !!

Facility and rooms are outdated. We didn’t have clean towels for our room, the bed blankets were visibly soiled, no elevator, and parking lot small. Price was reasonable.

The property manager was very helpful and friendly, but the hotel itself is old and needs some repair. There were various electrical outlets that were loose and didn't have an electrical cover. The outlet that the refrigerator and microwave were plugged into had a shortage, so you had to jiggle the plug to get it to work. The fridge was dirty, and we had to clean it out. Also, the was a roach infestation in our room and we had to kill them. Although the room was clean, it was old and needs an upgrade. The shower area was clean but old and had a lot of lime build up. The site states that there would be complemental breakfast but there is no "lobby", just an old-style check in office. So, we never saw any type of breakfast and we were not informed that there would be. I would not stay here again.

Never been to a hotel, ever in all my life, with broken locks, decor for the 60's perhaps? Urine stains on the bed, holes in the walls & shower, dust bunnies so think they hang from the lamps... and a smell that was kinda like a wet cigarette.... NEVER. Moved to a second room, equally as nasty. Left immediately and contacted Travelocity for help. Three hours later was moves to a decent hotel, clean and basic. Thank you for your assistance Travelocity. Beware this hotel is DIRTY, NOT Covid clean like they advertise. Never Ever Agani!!!!

This motel was overdue for a complete remodel. The laminate wood floors were warped. The tv didn't work. The padded headboard looked like an animal had been chewing on it. The ottoman for the chair was riped open. The tub had a patch in it and the ceiling above the tub had water damage and was black.

Claims on site and sign in lobby, complimentary breakfast, when I asked where the food was, the gentleman said “we only serve breakfast on weekends” and it’s “bagels and butter.” Lobby small, kind of run down, no seating. Also, you’re only allowed to ask for linen or towels from 2 PM to 10 PM, no exceptions! Check in took a long time, person at counter didn’t seem to know how to use the computer. Someone had to come help him eventually. I was given a smoking room when I had requested non-smoking, person at counter insisted it was a non-smoking room though it reeked of cigarettes. Switched me to a room, clean, except floor was filthy, had to keep socks on & one night there, they are black! Front sign at Highway does not light up, so at night very difficult to find the small driveway. Generally an unpleasant, seedy feel to the place. Way overpriced for what you get.

Good morning: first of all let me tell you the room is so filthy that I got so dissatisfied and disappointed at this hotel, the towels are dirty, they are not properly washed, there’s roaches in the freezer, the paint is peeling, the floor is dirty, the cover of the toilet is broken in all the words this is the worst experience that I never had in a Choice Hotel. I don’t know is it management or it is own by the same people that owns the property, when I went to ask for a sign of not disturb the front desk clerk gave me a hard time. They charge me extra on my credit card, the sheets smell like cigarettes and they had cigarettes burn on them. some feed back in resolving this issue. Thanks

Room was terrible. Phone didn't have a receiver and was unusable. Sheets had burn holes in them.cover on the bed was stained. Bolt on the door was only half there ond unusable. We were there to see a nearby concert and had to leave vert soon after checking in, when we got back and tried to have the issues dealt with staff was very uncooperative, said it was to late to get decent Sheets. We did not stay the night, did not feel at all safe there.

Think twice.
On the good side: the bed was comfortable, the check in clerk was nice, and the shower was hot. The tub and toilet seat were patched, the upholstered ottoman was ripped, the desk chair was worn out, the roach was a roach, the bathroom smelled like a cat, people slept in their car right outside our room, and the tv couldn’t pick up a signal

Run down and broken
The room was just gross and in complete disrepair. There was no latch to shut the door (it was broken off and missing). There was a hole in the bathroom door. Everything smelled like cigarettes (non smoking room). It was 130am and I needed to sleep, or I would’ve left immediately.

This property was absolutely gross! We had a room on the second floor and right outside of our door light fixture was flickering causing my husband who has a seizure disorder to have headaches. Our room was disgusting filthy! There was urine still on the toilet seat, the bedspread had something black all over it, the blanket underneath of that was not only torn but it has cigarette burns all over it. There was cigarette burns all over the toilet and the tub in the bathroom. There was still dirty Q-tips on the sink and the furniture was is all scuffed up stained and broken. This hotel is an absolute disgrace
