Great stay for the money. After the initial first night of getting thru the check in, it was fine. Expedia found me the hotel, BUT only put down 2 adults on my reservation, but the gentleman at the front desk was nice enough not to charge me extra. So for his kindness, I ended up staying 2 more additional nights. Thanks.

I think it is very nice and comfortable and also a reasonable price; I will stay there again if I go to the city.

a/c didn't work. lights in the room were touchy. only had 2 towels and 1 wash cloth and staff was not willing to give more.

“Clean and inexpensive”

This was a clean and inexpensive hotel. People were friendly and accomidating.

“Country Hearth Dothan”

This place was NASTY. It was musty smelling and the air was sticky in the room. Appliances were rusty, bathroom shower head was moldy, the shampoo bottles provided had previously been opened. Carpet was absolutley filthy! Holes in the walls from screws of the previous headboard hadn't been puttied. The continental breakfast was hardly that, it consisted of Great Value oatmeal canisters, and some cinnamon swirl cakes. This was horrible. Lobby smelled like mold and cigarette smoke. Even saw a dead roach in the hallway going to my room. Beware! Staff seemed nice, but unprofessional. Several teens probably friends of the workers or owners were hanging around being teenagers, on the "guest" computer like it was their home computer. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. They should probably just shut it down. You get what you pay for here.
