“Lovely hotel right on the beach”
Nice Hotel, perfect location and great facilities. Friendly staff and very comfortable room. Would certainly recommend to friends.
“Very Good value”
We booked this hotel for 1 night for a show at the BIC. The reception staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the town, transport and restuarants. Car parking is limited to around 30 cars, but we are told this on the website. ! Our room on the East side of the first floor was a large twin bedded room with fresh white douvet and pillows and flat TV. Clean, light airy and well decorated. The bathroom whilst compact was adequate, fresh and clean with all necessary toiletries. Breakfast buffet was very good from full English to all tastes, all items fresh with the fried eegs and bacon changed or cooked on request. Our experience is the hotel is very good value and staff very kind & helpful
“Ideal for a stay in Bournemouth”
Hotel was clean with nice modern decor. The room was very small - ideal for one person but not for 2 - I asked if there were any larger rooms available - reception staff very friendly and as no more standard rooms avaliable upgraded us to an executive double which was perfect - lovely and spacious and extremely comfy bed so i'd recommend upgrading if you can. Great location for central Bournemouth too.

Friendly staff, good local amenities, parking not a problem in snowy December, could be a problem in summer, but we were warned of this. Room warm enough despite attic location and sub zero outside.

A break from a busy city with all the facilities and commodities with a hint of luxury me and my wife we are so happy by our experience in the hotel .

Après un premier séjour il y a 5/6 ans, l’hôtel a subi une rénovation qui fait encore plus ressortir son charme. Idéalement situé à proximité de la plage et du centre ville, le petit déjeuner servi est copieux dans le plus pur style angalis. A recommander.
“Friendly, nice Hotel, rather worn in places.”
Staff friendly, breakfast good. Hotel building a nice old victorian pile, in generally reasonable condition, but looking quite worn out in places. The hallway carpets were threadbare and our window lock was broken, but otherwise the room and hotel were nice.
