“Comfortable stay, would stay here again.”
Arrived at hotel collected room key to find we had been given a twin not a double, however staff quickly swapped us to a double. The hotel was clean and comfortable with lounge and bar. The breakfast was good, I had vegetarian, lovely! The staff were all friendly and very helpful.
“Adequate for short stay, perfect location”
The Hotel is a small hotel and the rooms are adequate, but it does have a very good location for short stroll into town or beach.
“Would definitely go back to this hotel when we next visit Bournemouth”
Great place to visit and a lovely, friendly hotel
“Basic but warm and clean”
Room very clean but no toiletries provided. Staff very helpful. Breakfast OK but limited choice. Dinner unimpressive - dined elsewhere after first night. Entertainment provided at night for those who like that kind of thing. Bar OK.
“Convenient Location”
Very short walk from beach, shops and restaurants - but up hill!! Downside of town centre location was traffic noise, and having to pay for the hotel car park. Stairs and landings a bit tired, but rooms clean.
“Good location”
Room dated but adequate for the reasonable rate paid for an overnight stay, very good location. Breakfast good and staff very helpful and friendly.
“overall - ok!”
title says it all - overall, for the star ratings this hotel has, it is ok but i would not want to stay there for more than a couple of nights. there was no 24 hour front desk service meaning that anyone getting back after 11pm (very likely in a place like bournemouth) had to knock and wait for a security guard. also, although we requested smoking rooms, we were surprised to find signs all over the hotel warning of a 100 pound fine if anyone was fond smoking anywhere. however, staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean.
“Basic seaside hotel”
Standard everything, bedding, towels, no real quality, hotel staff friendly and attentive however they only provide a standard service, nothing exceptonal, food the chef (s) make the most of the cheapest ingredients however very average food on offer including the breakfasts.
