Awful experience. I stayed there from 15th to 16th of December. Receptionist was very rude. Every question was met with rolled up eyes. If you are so unhappy with this job, don’t work there! Room was awful and dirty. Toilet was cracked and was dirty. Whoever stayed there previously, went to the toilet and it was never cleaned before my stay. And this is during Covid times! Shower head was covered with 100 years old limescale. Window didn’t close properly so all night I was awake by cars and planes. I stayed twice in this hotel and internet never works in the room. Absolutely disgusting place! I will never stay there again!!!

The rooms not upgraded but clean, you can walk to the airport, nice personnel exempt the manager , amazing breakfast . Nice hotel for the price.

great food options. showers are small but acceptable. great proximity to the Domodedovo airport. 10 mins. free shuttle to and from the airport every 30 mins. great deal for the money.

Ideal base when flying to/from DME airport
Great location near to DME airport. Only a 5min walk to the terminal, or there is a free shuttle bus. Spacious rooms with good amenities, free mini bar. Rooms a little dated, but clean. Good breakfast with lots of choice. Lots of dishes available in the restaurant. Very well priced hotel.

Excellent stay, highly recommended
This was one of the best experiences we had while travelling. Close to the airport, free shuttle service to and from, friendly and efficient service, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Definately will stay here on our next trip back to Moscow.

The hotel itself is ok considering closeness to the airport. I was disappointed with cleanliness of the room: mold in the refrigerator, mold on the shower door, urine smell around toilet- all can be easily cleaned. This hotel has poor cleaning service.
