Bon hôtel, à recommander
Hôtel moderne, agréable, situé à proximité de la gare de chemin de fer. Chambre confortable. Le quartier n'est pas résidentiel, mais il ne pose aucun problème. Hôtel tout à fait recommandable.

Bello ma...
L'hotel è molto curato e pulito nelle zone comuni, la lounge è elegante e confortevole, la cucina e poco varia ma di buona qualità. Quello che mi ha deluso profondamente, ahimé, è la pulizia della camera. Nei 4 giorni di pernottamento, la pulizia si riduceva al semplice cambio asciugamani e cestini dell'immondizia. Il letto veniva soltanto coperto e le lenzuola restavano puntualmente sgualcite, eventuali stoviglie utilizzate non venivano portate via, finendo per accumularsi giorno dopo giorno. Inoltre, l'aria condizionata era praticamente inesistente e il frigorifero poco più che tiepido. Un peccato, se si considera che eravamo tornati con piacere in questo hotel.

Clogged drains in the shower, leaky tap. Tiny little sachet of liquid soap and shampoo in the bathroom. Broken handle on the window. TV remote control hardly works. Breakfast is ok.

Check booking with hotel before visiting!
Could not find hotels.com reservation. Difficult to find Hotels.com phone number for support. Online chat slow to answer. Hotel eventually got call from hotels.com but wanted email co formation. Hotel reception terminated phone call! Eventually found the original booking email. 45 minutes wasted. Shower in room had rain flow and handheld shower. Rain flow head leaked out of side - was broken. As hand held shower did not work either, I had to shower with on hand holding broken parts together. Staff in bar were friendly and helpful. Snack food we had was good. Internet worked well.

This place is very comfortable very clean it’s quiet it’s just nice all the way around. If I come to Ukraine again I will definitely be here again as I was two years ago. They accommodated me two years ago that’s why I’m back here now.

В целом впечатление хорошее, не смотря на недоразумение при поселении, девочки на рецепшн попытались сгладить максимально негатив, и это удалось. Вызвало недоумение главное- очень неудобно, почему в номере за 1770 грн на одного нет халата посетителю?! Некомфортно

Ok hotel but you can find better.
The hotel wasn't bad however the previous reviews are misleading about being locqyed in a convenient location. It's situated a few miles from the city center and the area has a lot of construction. It is across the street from the bus terninal which is probably the only convenient thing about this hotel. No restaurants or bar in the area. The hotel amenities after 23:00 are limited.

It's near train station so trains running all night and the breakfast staff not helpful. The water was warm for shower they fixed it by having it run a while and running the sink at same time:) the check in staff very friendly. So I moved to new place after two days.

It is near train station and bus terminal. It is a relatively clean building. Reception staff are friendly. However, restaurant staff have no expressions. I would like to be more intimate with customers. Wifi quality is too bad.

Bra opphold
Hadde en forretningsreise til Dnipro i begynnelsen av september-17 og overnattet på dette hotellet. Var overasket over bra standart, god service og OK frokost. Godt utvalg på frokostbordet med lokale spesialiteter, men kaffen var ikke god. Område rundt hotellet er bråkete pga trafikk, men sovet godt i det vinduene gav god isolering.
