“Very impressed....can't wait to go back”
Excellent stay. The staff was very courteous and professional A special thanks to Ms. Arbia, Mr. Wassim, Mr. Sami (front desk) and to Mr. Khalid at the bar. Would definitely go back to stay there. The hospitality was amazing. On my return I forgot my laptop power cord in the taxi and didn't realize it was missing till I was at the airport doing checking. Ms. Arbia went out of her way to have the taxi deliver it back to the airport. Thank you so much to all the staff for all their professional services and to make my vacation truly memorable. The one word of caution to American tourist would be at the resort you will find cats roaming about the premise. Which is unusual from an American perspective. Other than that....had a good time.

L'hôtel est agréable dans l'ensemble. La piscine principale est très belle (îlots de palmiers...), et propre. Spa plutôt bien. Buffets corrects, sans plus. Service et personnel plutôt bien. Chambres un peu justes pour un 4*, mais rattrapés par les espaces communs.
“Ce qui nous a plu ou déplu à l'Hotel El Mouradi Djerba Menzel”
Ce qui nous a plu : Parc de l'hôtel superbe - 33ha arborés - fleuris et entretenus. Les locaux communs sont tres beaux. Plusieurs piscines d'eaux de mers et eaux douces magnifiques. Ce qui nous a déplu : Le côté "hôtel usine" de 1500 touristes. La salle à manger ressemble à un hall de gare bruyant avec un manque de personnel pour assuré un service de qualité (attente pour la boisson par ex...) Personnel pas toujours aimable et/ou souriant. Nouriture pas très variée - le couscous manquait de viande. Pendant la semaine pas vu l'ombre d'un morceau d'agneau. La boisson (en all inclusive) pas de grande qualité (pas de jus de fruit seulement des succédanés (eau+poudre de fruits) la bière est un peu amère. Ne pas réserver le restaurant à la carte (à éviter!!!) Alors que le réglement stipule de ne pas poser de serviettes de bain sur les transats pour les réserver, les clients passaient outre et c'était à qui va poser sa serviette "au chant du coq" pour bloquer la paillotte et les transats même si ils ne seront occupés qu'après la thalasso du matin et le déjeuner soit vers 15 heures.

L'hôtel est globalement pas mal... En ce qui concerne les chambres, literie et mobilier pas mal, par contre la salle de bain était très vétuste, la robinetterie très moyenne, et la couleur de l'eau "orange" foncé pendant les premières minutes où l'eau coule !!! Le self !!! un peu cantine est très bruyant alors que l'hôtel n'était rempli qu'à 40% !! Par contre le cadre extérieur génial !!! Les piscines magnifiques!!! Le personnel....... Tout ou rien !!!!!!! Les serveurs en général très désagréables....Sauf un très gentil !!! A l'accueil !!! Toujours l'impression de déranger !!!!!! Par contre le personnel d'animation super sympa !!!!! Génial même avec les enfants !!!! Surtout Hakim !!! UN CONSEIL LE "ALL IN CLUSIVE" N'EN EST PAS UN !!!!!!!!! Toutes les boissons offertes dans la formule sont 'imbuvables ou presque ", et le matin vous devez payer les jus d'oranges frais !!!!!!!! Si non, on vous offre une truc immonde coupé à l'eau !!!!!!!!

Passer une nuit dans cet hotel pour commencer une balade dans le sud tunisien est une bonne idée

It is good place to spend your vacation,but do not forget you are in Tunisia,Africa.Most tourists are from France so you going to hear French everywhere.English is not so popular,but I had no problem to be understand.Food not bad,wine good,weather perfect.Only I am not impressed by beach,narrow with a lot,a lot of seaweed.
