“Very impressed!”

For such a small city, we expected a mediocre hotel (even though it claimed 4 stars). We were very impressed with the loation, the size of the room and the overall maintaince of the hotel and belive you me, WE ARE PICKY!

“Good Hotel - Shame about the Tramway”

Good Hotel with excellent services as would be expected. Travelling into the centre of Dijon is a nightmare as they are putting in a new tramway which has turned a substantial part of the town into a building site. Would definately stay at this hotel again.

“Nicely re-furbished”

Very nice hotel - clean, elegant and had been re-furbished to a high standard. Central position in the heart of Dijon and opposite a green area. would go back. Menu in restaurant disppointing - rather too haute cuisine.

“Nous y retournerons volontiers”

Hôtel bien situé, chambre spacieuse et calme, bien équipée ainsi que la sdb. Equipe accueillante et serviable. Intervention rapide lors du malfonctionnement du téléviseur. Suite aux commentaires que nous avions écrits sur le formulaire de satisfaction de l'hôtel, nous avons apprécié de recevoir une réponse du gérant, nous informant en particulier que les chambres devraient prochainement être équipées d'un plateau de courtoisie (thé, café).

“very impressive!”

We stopped here as part of our european tour and we very pleased that we did! Overall the standards in this hotel are very high - nothing was too much trouble for the staff, who went out of their way to make us feel welcome, plus the our room was extremely comfortable and quiet. Location is excellent too. Can't wait to go back!

“A lovely hotel in a beautiful city”

The room was very pleasant and the breakfast the following morning delicious with excellent customer service. Our car was promptly delivered to the front of the hotel before we departed and the staff helped us to pack the luggage.

“Enjoyable”

This hotel was what I expected. I believe they upgraded me to a suite as I had a large living area. Very comfortable bed, clean room, great location. You can easily walk from the train station to the hotel. The visitors information center is across the street which is convenient. They can book tours,etc. for you.

“Excellent Hotel”

We stayed for one night in this hotel and were extremely impressed. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly and could not do enough for us. The food was marvellous, the room was comfortable and the atmosphere was relaxing. We had the best night's sleep we had had for a long time due to the comfort of the beds - unbelievable! We would not hesitate in going there again. Recommended to all.
