Great business class hotel. Helpful staff and great location. Easy walk to barbican area and famous plymouth steps and in middle of shopping area. Nearest hotel to train station if you are walking with luggage. Would definitely go back.

Ideal central location to visit family and shops. Would have liked more information about the parking before arrival. Would also have liked to have more tea bags in the room. overall a suitable city hotel for families. The decor was rather tired and needed updating.

The hotel is situated in a good location close to local amenities. It does not have free car parking which can be a problem. However the room was excellent. Nice clean bathroom and lovely spacious room, with everything you need. I would definately recommend this hotel
