“Black Swan Hotel Devises”

i would not rate this hotel at 3 star,at best it is only 2.the staff were indeed friendly and willing but the environment was dingy,dark and in need of some TLC to brighten it up.there is no lift and the staircase with its winders were difficult to negotiate for two octaganarians which my wife and I are.overall I can only rate my stay as fair and we were glad it was only two nights.perhaps I should have made this known when making the booking,I shall do so in future.
