This was a very interesting stay. I had to get my hotel room changed as there was blood stains and coffee stains over the wall. The ceilings are a little bit older. For the price I paid for the cleanliness was awful.

I was informed they would not take a different cc. But while booking with expedia- I was told the card used was to hold the room. The bathroom was dirty and when I called the front desk- I was put on hold for 15min. I hung up. Absolutely horrific experience.

It’s great if you need access to the airport. Super close to the airport and they have ground transportation.

Advertised a pool - it was closed for repair, the room looked well used and could use an update. Very noisy from the heating unit constantly turning off and on to the airplanes taking off over the hotel and the guests next door talking late into the night- difficult to get rest - bring ear plus if you are a light sleeper. Reception was selective of whom she gave complimentary bottled water to. When we asked at check out for a bottle of water for our 6 year old she did not supply, however we watched her hand out waters the evening before to guests checking in. Did not leave feeling good about the whole experience.

We stayed at this hotel to be close to Ford Field and the Airport. Staff was wonderful!

The room & restaurant were lovely. I was surprised to learn upon check-in that there is no long-term parking. I booked this room on April 5/2023. I called the hotel on/around April 18 & received verbal confirm on the phone that I was able to park at Delta Marriott for a week while I travelled. If Delta changed their policy on allowing long-term parking between April 5 and my stay on Nov 22, how was I to know? I am now out the cost of the room additional cost of long-term parking elsewhere. (Another $130 USD). Can Expedia or Delta rebate me the extra parking costs?

Staff was super friendly, i arrived at the airport and after many failed Ubers late at night realized they had a free shuttle , called and they were able to send one out in less than 10 minutes. Super accommodating and the bed was super comfy! 10/10 if I ever come back I will be booking this hotel again!

Food in the restaurant was not good. Lights in the restaurant were so bright it felt like an interrogation room. None of the staff were particularly friendly. Place seemed run down. I won't go back.

Overpriced for what you get
This hotel was designed to give the appearance of a 3+ star hotel while actually barely being a 2 star. Cheap worn and dirty carpet, dirty lobby, thermostat didn't work in the room, bathroom tissue was thin and cheap, showers don't get hot even in the middle of the night. The only saving grace of this hotel is that the bed was comfortable, everything else was far below expectations for the price.

Desk staff not friendly. Interaction multiple times. Breakfast was good but maybe a buffet? Never saw anyone at the Starbucks. No one.

The hotel looked runned down and tired. Wallpaper peeling, soiled carpet, etc. Not what I expect for $200 a night and a Marriott property.
