Patrick at the front.desk more than welcomed us on Christmas Day. He was very helpful and very informative..Stacy at the breakfast bar the next morning was so kind to leave the food out a little longer because we almost missed the 9:00 cutoff. Would definitely stay there again

Even though I have stayed in these hotels before this one was probably the most disappointed. The room was not very clean the towels were hard there was hair in my tub and it smells like cigarette smoke all throughout I was leery about getting in the shower because of the mold underneath the the products. The TVs did not work well only got a few channels and they were fuzzy not HD as stated. The staff was very nice even the maintenance man I came to help me in the middle of the night.

The room was pretty tight for the three of us staying for two nights. Disappointed there was no housekeeping during the stay and if you wanted fresh towels, you had to bring the dirty ones to the front desk to exchange it. The hotel didn’t have the linens and pillow for the pull out sofa in the room and I had to call to have them bring it to the room. I should have looked at how many towels were in the room before I called but there was only two body towels. Good thing we packed our own towels. But just saying, if the room can have 4 guests, at least have enough towels. The room had a weird odor and the bed was not comfortable. Just so disappointed in this stay. We only used the room to come back and sleep since we were mostly out with family. The only thing good was probably the front desk lady, she was nice. But never again staying there. Overall, the room needed an update on the furniture and the room needed some deep cleaning.
Furniture was peeling and needs to be replaced.
The dust in the phone when I had to call the front desk. Gross.

Wonderfull suite, spacious, comfortable. Only drain in shower/tub did not work well and after shower it was draining whole night.

The staff was very nice but the room was dirty and old and did not look like the photos when booking. The couch was so gross we didn’t feel comfortable using the pull out. It smelled bad and was overall just grimy. We would not stay there again.

The suites looks awesome on the outside my room had a chair that looked as if someone pee in it and it left a ring looked dirty smelled dirty needs to be replaced everything else was good!!

Card was over charged, finally got an apology after the 3rd charge. Which room was fully paid upon check-in. Wasn't provided all pots included in room. Couch had stains sheets had stains, room was full of spider webs .
