I asked for a manager and was told one was not available. I asked for a refund. Our room although spacious and with a comfortable king size bed had a toilet that didn’t work (maintenance came and plunged it but it remained barely usable), one towel for 4 people (took forever to get more sent to us), an uncleaned pull-out with leaking vape in it, the pool down for maintenance which was not advertised on Expedia and a restaurant that was not what it was advertised as—we were told they were severely understaffed so we had to leave the hotel to eat all of our meals… Staff wasn’t the friendliest and overall I was just horrified to spend so much money for a Hilton, especially being an Honors member, and have such little for that money. I truly believe we deserve at least a partial refund for such a disappointing stay.
