“Best Place to Stay in Windsor!”

This hotel is straight down the road from the Ambassador Bridge. (What a view at night!) The staff was friendly and helpful at check-in/out. they even have a security guard on site to deal with any overly noisy guest(s). The bed was soooo comfortable, and the room was clean. The only bad thing was the Slow elevators. Would totally return again!

“New Years Eve~in need of more space”

We were travelling to our inlaws who live in Windsor. They didn't have the room for 7 of us, so we booked this hotel. The pictures of the pool/hot tub area do not do it justice, it was very very well kept and larger than we expected. My husband joked that all the hot tub needed was a large screen TV in there to watch the hockey JR's game. The staff were attentive and polite. The hot breakfast was great, the ladies even carried food to the table for our younger children. We will definitely return to this hotel as everyone in our group was pleased, and that 's not easy to do with teenagers.

“Pleasant Stay”

I arrived after a long day's drive to a pleasant welcome from the desk staff; followed by an ultra-clean, quiet and comfortable room. My wife and kids really enjoyed the very clean and relaxing pool. Highly recommend this hotel.

“Great Location”

The location of this hotel with respect to the Ambassador Bridge and the University of Windsor is why we choose it. The breakfast buffet with the waffle maker was better than most. The carpet in the room was filthy but the rest of the room and the washroom were spotless. The hotel was full and it seemed to take forever to get into one of the 2 elevators. Overall, satisfied and we will likely stay here again.
