“great place to stay and very quiet”

I loved the room and the fact that it was quite quiet there too. The breakfast was great to and more food than I thought there would be. It was quite roomy and that was great with a 6 year old with me. The pool is very clean too for being outside. I was quite surprised by how much room there was in the kichen area. I would stay there again any time.

For the price I figured this place would be pretty beat up and nasty. It was the exact opposite of that. The surrounding area is great with a ton of restaurants near by. The room was big with plenty of nice little things that make the experience better such as wi-fi, a coffee maker, a heating lamp in the bathroom, comfortable beds, and more. I enjoyed the stay and it didn't hurt my wallet like most places would.

“The "suite" life”

I was very pleased with everything about the hotel except for the limited cable stations & no dvd player. Didn't make it to breakfast but i would absolutely recommend & also stay there again!!

“Will be back!”

Hotel is clean and rooms are very comfortable with a kitchen, living, and bedroom area. Close to shopping and many great things to do in Detroit area. Love the breakfast too!

“I'd stay there again.”

Got more than I expected for the price I paid. Dinner Buffet Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, was like eating at home, not fancy but filling. Breakfast Buffet was the about the same each day, sausage, eggs, breads, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt and fruit. The room was a nice suite, very quiet, near many places to eat. I forgot my toothbrush and the lobby clerk got me a replacement at no cost, it worked fine for the week I was there.

“Great value for your buck...”

The rooms were a little bit outdated, but overall, it was a pleasant stay. it didn't feel like you were staying at a hotel.

“Worth Staying again and again”

The staff was unbelievably helpful and friendly. I was traveling with a wheelchair bound family member. The handicap services and room are excellent! I stayed in a regular studio, it was also terrific. The continental breakfast was average but constantly refilled. The lobby sold additional snacks at a very reasonable price and good variety. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! I left something sentimental behind and EVERYONE was wonderful with helping me get it back!

“Staff was extremely nice!”

I wish I would have stayed here more than just one night! The staff were super friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast had a lot to choose from. They had dinner the night before, but I wasn't able to attend. I would definitely go back to this hotel any day!

“JUST OKAY”

Rooms are okay and works for me. But the place does need updating. Carpet in my room was dirty and old looking. Bed needs to be updated. Overall I like this place.

“Ok Place”

Great value for the money. It has its issues. The sleeper couch was terrible and there were a bunch of crumbs under the couch cushions. The toilet didn't flush with enough suction to dispose of normal waste (took many flushes to get it done). Most of the bathroom is open to the bedroom. It has a very nice kitchen you won't find elsewhere and the complimentary breakfast is a real breakfast, not just muffins. They even serve a complimentary dinner. All in all, it was 1/2 the price of the Embassy suites but it was not 1/2 the accommodation. Great value.
