Upon arrival Amanda at the front desk greeted and welcomed me and checked me in speedily. I had trouble opening the door to my room (i was turning the handle the wrong way) and when I informed her she came up immediately and showed me how to turn the handle and she maintained a smile and a friendly demeanor the whole time. Amanda has excellent customer service skills. She is an asset to your business!

Upstairs room all night walking around and sounds loud, we heard sounds from rooms around us and upstairs all night not good installations. Breakfast is terrible outside park lot is very dirty.

Check in was awful. Waited at the front desk for 10 minutes because no staff member was present. Eventually called the hotel from my cell in order to get someone to come to the desk and check me in. Then they sent me to a room that had not yet been prepared for a new guest. So I went back down to the front desk. Again no staff member was present. I had to call them on the phone again in order to get someone to come to the desk and help

There was no room for me. I was given a key to a room which already had an occupant. Police had been called to the parking lot for vandalism to a parked car. A terrible property. I will never stay at an Extended Stay.

Disappointing. Not very clean and furnishings that looks like it belongs on the side of the road. Breakfast was basically some coffee, energy bars, and old muffins. Internet was as good as dialup.

The elevator didn't work at all during my stay on the 4th floor room. Upon check in, the initial keys didn't work, so I had cart my luggage up and done the 4 flights twice. The says was very courteous and apologetic though. :-)

The elevators was out of order so I ask the guy at the front desks are they going to compensate us due to the elevators being down and he said you don’t have to stay here after swiping my credit card. So I refuse to stay due to the attitude that the man at the front Desk had, due to booking the hotel online I put my debit card on file to hold the room. Yesterday my debit card was being charged as well for $104 how was that when I canceled the reservation and left the hotel so my credit card got swipe for $104 but also tried to charge my debit card for $104 the next day good thing I had my card turn off. The guy at the front desks attitude was terrible I will not give this hotel a another try and I’m still waiting on my $104 to be return back back on my credit card….

Terrible hotel experience
The elevator was not working we reserved a room on the first floor because we have a newborn and when we arrived they said the only rooms available were on the 4th floor. The hotel was a mess and very dirty, there was dirty sheets left in the middle of the hallway, various broken things laying around etc. Our room looks like it wasn't cleaned I had to go downstairs and get new sheets and the staff was not friendly, I have used extended stay a lot but after this experience I will never stay at one again.
