The hotel is in a great location (right beside windsor/detroit tunnel) so great if you are going across for a concert/football game. Its right within sight of the casino and easily accessible from the highways. It is very clean and the counter staff are friendly and attentive, and smile. I will definately use this hotel again. Prices are competitive. My only criticism was that the continental breakfast was not great. Muffins were not good. Over all, still very satisfied

“Budget in Windsor”

It is a budget hotel but at a great price for the room. Its right off the strip. The staff is great and the rooms are great. I wouldn't call it a family hotel though. It's main used is 19 year olds coming from the states and that's exactly what we used it for. 3 great times at the hotel.

“Very Nice Getaway”

It was great. Right next to the strip, although online it says that there is a bar inside of the hotel... that is old, they got rid of that I believe the lady we asked said three years ago, sort of disappointing.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel last weekend and I must say it was better then expected. The room was very clean and the staff was very kind and helpful.

The hotel was at an extremely convenient location and very commendable. The only negative, although completely expected, aspect was the fact that it was full of intoxicated late adolescents who wanted to bring the party back to their rooms. Fortunately I received a room at the very end of the hall in the corner distant from all the loud drunks.

Better than expected for the money we paid.Large room, clean, some old smoking smell, old air conditioning (not very efficient and noisy), excellent location, poor breakfast, no microwave (cereals with cold milk), excellent parking (free),

There was a lot of partying going on during the weekend. I would not reccomend this place if you are not going to windsor to party.

“Good hotel on a budget”

There were a few things that were out of order, and the staff wasn't as helpful as I'd like. One lady actually sent me in completely the wrong direction when she should have had no question where it was I was looking for. The parking was semi-underground so vehicles are out of sight of the "downtown crowds". The room was kept clean, and was set up nicely. The continental breakfast was good. My biggest issue was there is no coffee pot in the room, that was a dissappointment, as even cheaper hotels usually provide one.

“Downtown hotel near Caesar's Windsor Casino”

Clean, comfortable room, very friendly and efficient staff, good breakfast. This hotel is in a rather rundown area of downtown-do not recommend you walk the streeets after dark! We took a taxi to and from the casino, but were still approached by a questionable character as we walked across the road to McDonald's for a bite about 11 pm.

“Convenient and Inexpensive”

The hotel is only two blocks from the tunnel connecting Detroit and Windsor and features free parking. It is a short walk (about 5 blocks) to the Windsor Casino (Caesar's) and downtown Windsor restaurants and clubs The room was clean, quiet and large. Since it's a Days Inn, you don't expect it to be fancy. The price was very low. The only bad thing was the free continental breakfast, which consisted of a few unappetizing-looking muffins, bagels and fruits. There was no coffee and the juice machine was out of order. Skip it.
