“Great”
Great place. Clean, friendly, awessssssome location with respect to shopping and eating!
“Crowne Plaza Hotel”
The hotel was gorgeous and the shower in the rooms were quite exquisite. It was very luxurious and I felt like a queen. The only down side to the whole experience was the bathrooms, although very beautiful, were extremely small. If I were a big woman, I wonder if I would have been able to shut the door to go to the bathroom. The other problem was the hinges on the bathroom door. The squeeked very loudly upon open and close. Other than that, my oldest daughter took three showers in the one night stay because of how amazing the shower was. A little WD-40 and we would have been more than satisfied.
“very clean and comfortable”
The hotel was very nice. Pulling up to in is not the most attractive drive, but the staff was courteous, the entire hotel was very clean and I'm a stickler for that. The room was spotless and best of all, the bed was extremely comfortable. There was slight noise during the night but nothing that would keep people from getting a good night's sleep. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others.
“NICE Hotel, good stay!”
The Hotel was every bit as nice as we had hoped. We had a pleasant overnight stay and would retirn to this hotel in a heartbeat!
“Very Impressed”
Check in was easy and the front desk staff was very friendly and courteous. My room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I was celebrating the birthdays of my two daughters and they were both very excited and pleased with our accomodations. The hotel location was perfect (across from the mall and many restaurants). I would definately return and recommend this hotel to others.
“Crown at 12 Oaks”
checkin time is 3pm- the could not check us in earlier, but did offer to hold our luggage. The bathroom towels were no replaced like we asked, but our room was cleaned as we request it to be lol. However, clean hotel but feels like a ghost town as you never see people around and th pool is right at the front enterance and that is no always good.
“Nice Hotel”
We were able to get a quick swim in before the pool closed. Very nice pool. Breakfast buffet was good. It was nice staying at the same place as my company meeting. Will stay again.
“Nice Place in Novi”
The hotel is a converted Holiday Inn in the parking lot of a large mall/shopping district, which proved to be of absolutely no consequence (though I was worried from outside). The lobby and room were tastefully and comfortably redecorated. Also absolutely quiet, even though the room was on the first floor. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the rate was terrific (thanks, Expedia!), handily beating the benchmark price established for the area by my company. Will definitely stay here again on future trips; the only caveat might be traffic in the area from holiday-season shoppers
“Clean, comfortable and quiet”
The hotel was very welcoming and clean. The room was large and beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were very nice. My daughter and I went for a weekend getaway - shopping and good food near by. We had a wonderful time and have already recommended the hotel to friends.
“Good for the $$”
It's a pleasant, clean place with a friendly staff. We chose this spot during college basketball's Final Four as the price was quite reasonable; we were not disappointed. The breakfast buffet was also quite good. It's about 30 mins to Downtown Detroit, and across the street from a mall. I'd stay here again!
