The property is on a very busy road and parking is limited. The house keeping was below par. The beds were not made up properly, second day we coul not make coffee since the maid did not leave the tray to hold the coffee pod, the breakfast is to be desired, it is just something to gobble quickly to satisfy your hunger and run to the meeting or something like that.The front desk staff were not that presentable clothes wise. The night clerk who received us was not that polite when we asked him direction for the nearest restaurant to have a quick bite, since it was 9:30 PM by the time we reached the hotel

False advertisement online, property was under renovation for months after speaking to long term guest. No silverware nor pots to cook in. No dishes available. Pillow cases were stained and warned out. Furniture in room was mismatched and wood was chipped, stove was in poor condition. After submitting pics, still no refund. But I will keep trying.

The wifi didn't work in the room only in the lobby. 3 day stay not once was the room cleaned. The fitness center was filthy and the equipment was missing pieces. I was told the manager would contact me bout my concerns but never did. The shower dropped all night, and carpet was stained. This was a business trip that made working after hours a real challenge. This was quite honestly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

The towels where stained the fold out bed pillows were really dirty we were there only for a night so we just made the best of it and there was construction going on too pictures look really nice so hopefully when the construction is done it will be like the pictures 😔

I paid extra to get a nicer room in town. I live 5 min from several hotels but chose this one thinking I would get a better room. When I checked in, I was forced to sign a paper saying I knew the pool wasn’t working. Like I had much of a choice as I couldn’t cancel at that point. Then we got to the room and the tv didn’t work. Had to call the desk. They came up promptly and fixed it though! Then I went to take a shower. The shower head and tub bottom were disgusting. I got a hot shower though. The bed was bowed in the middle and we had to sleep with our heads at the bottom of the bed. The sheets were comfortable. There were some pluses. But, too many minuses for me to ever stay again. Save your money and get the 80 deal. You’ll get as much or better than this one.

Property in bad shape and run down. My room door was previously kicked in as was room bathroom door. Entire interior of hotel needs restoration and paint. Will not stay here ever again. Go see for yourself.

This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. The lobby looked ok but it changed once you got to the elevator. When I got upstairs to my room the hall was dirty, it smelled like weed and the door looked as if it had been busted. You go into the room and it was dirty. The bedding was a dingy white, the couch and floor had stains. I won’t even talk about the condition of the bathroom. Needless to say, I went back to the lobby and checked out. I drove around for 30 minutes until i found another hotel. However, I must admit the staff was very nice and apologetic.

Terrible Experience
I had reserved a room at Comfort Suites Canton for two nights. On the first night the room card did not work, and they could not open the door for me and mentioned that they do not have any other room available, and I can enter my room next day. I got another room in the next afternoon. The hotel and room were outdated and part of the carpet in the room was torn. There was not a good isolation both on the door and the window. The breakfast was very limited and basic. Although the staff mentioned that I would be compensated for the first night, they charged me for the room that they could not provide on that night, and they did not respond to my email. Overall, it was the worst experience.

The front desk staff were courteous and helpful, however, the hotel was dirty and run down. we were there with 3 other couples and everyone's rooms were dirty, missing furniture, stains on all carpets. moldy and smelly. sticky bathroom floor, no shower curtain liner, bathtub drain backed up, walls were all in need of a fresh coat of paint. Would not recommend this one.

Room’s door was not closing and I had to loft the whole door to be able to close. I showed to the manager she said she will have someone to come and fix, but no one came. Bathrooms no hanger to hang the towel in the bathroom. Bed was good and comfortable. Breakfast was disaster. Not recommend it.

The first room we were given had burn marks on the carpet, the pull out sofa mattress had a large stain on it and it was dirty underneath the couch. The front staff said they couldn’t replace the mattress and offered more sheets to sleep on the floor. My sister insisted we get another room and requested to view the room before agreeing to move. The second room was in better condition. The location is good. Definitely disappointed. Won’t stay there again.

Staff were great, but room needed a lot of maintenance, with a broken faucet and shower head in n particular. No soap or shower gel was provided. Good location, though, and very pleasant staff.
