Management did everything possible to achieve a room for cleanliness. Elevator out of order, Toilet plugged, Fridge froze my food and ice build up spilling when opening fridge , Head board finger prints, mirrors and lighting, smudge, desk chair lowered when attempting to sit down . Breakfast Room Not Clean, Television not working.

The faucet in the room did not work and there was a humongous roach on the floor upon entering the room hugggggge couldn’t even stay had to get my security deposit back and leave I was beyond disgusted with the cleanthiness the minute I got out of the elevator but tried to stay positive that maybe inside the rooms weren’t so bad unpleasantly surprise to say the least

We got a room with a jacuzzi. The floor was a mess with confetti all under the bed. The jacuzzi was so dirty when we turned the jets on mold came out. It was so disgusting. Plus The water didn’t even get hot. Also there was a crack down the side of the jacuzzi tub. Our heater didn’t work they did bring us a portable heater and a fan though so I did appreciate that. Definitely would not stay again or recommend.

This place was easy to find, and served its purpose. The bed was comfortable enough but the frame was broke so it bent the whole mattress. Carpets had not been vaccuumed. Credit card machine was down so had to pay cash deposit. Breakfast had waffles but we went next door to ihop. Gas station across the street.

Overall this hotel is a good place to stay if your on a tight budget but I think they should deep clean the rooms more and upgrade the hot tubs and mattress support in the room. They do offer breakfast 6-9 which is great.

Spilled barbecue sauce on the sheets and they stole my deposit! Could have washed them and removed the sauce besides last time I checked SHEETS aren’t 50 bucks to replace!

The bed mattress has a dip in it, The jacuzzi tub hot water was not hot at all TV channels kept going in and out they have satellite not cable and he had limited channels to watch program cut in and out fights in the lobby no vending machines for pop or snacks no extra blankets room had cold air heater didn't work well that air conditioning work real well paid for the room $96 for Jacuzzi room and got asked for a $50 deposit I paid in full for the room.

I paid for a jacuzzi suite for sweetest day. The tub had a whole side falling off and the motor didn’t work so we ended up with a big bath tub that we didn’t even get in. The receptionist said there was nothing they could do and the room was non refundable on top of that

The staff is horrible from owner on down. Check your sheets before you stay! It appears to be a transient type hotel. Breakfast is only served for 1 hour between 8 and 9 am. It was a horrible experience to say the least. Do not stay here unless you are truly desperate, no attendant on duty from 8 pm to basically 8 am.

Had to communicate through a bulletproof glass, person had strong Indian accent which made communications fail. Person would not provide receipt for $50 deposit. Asked to see policy for $50 deposit for smoking in rooms. Person could no produce policy. After discussing $50 with no policy to show hotel person asked me to leave and he would not return my $50 deposit. I had to call the local authorities to receive my $50 he kept. While waiting for the local authorities to arrive the hotel worker returned my $50. We authorities arrived I explained the situation. I then had to find another hotel. I received my deposit money back but Expedia still charged me for a place I did not stay. The place had solicitors outside, hotel lobby smelled of marijuana. Garbage spread throughout the parking lot.

My room was so disgusting that the staff offered me another room shortly after I entered it before I even complained. They knew it was gross. One zoom meeting later, and I headed down to ask about changing rooms. I was told there were no more rooms. Asked for a refund and they said they would give me one, so I left. Still haven’t received my refund. Cant get a response from them.

Bathroom floor was not clean, toilet seat needs repair, tv remote needs replacement, flies were buzzing around the room, carpeting in the hallway was very dirty - should be The building entrance floor was very dirty. We didn’t feel comfortable in the room - couldn’t wait to wake up in the morning and check out.

Not Wyndham standard I expected.
Most disappointing hotel stay I ever had. Cleaning staff playing loud music in hallway when I was trying to take afternoon nap after long drive. Phone in room not working. Towels not replaced on second day, had to ask front desk. Breakfast consisted only of cereal, package muffins, waffles, coffee, Juice. Room backed on I-94 expressway.

We've stayed at some low quality places to save on money at times but this one is by far the worst. I dont even know where to begin- Our room was prepaid through expedia and the front desk said they didnt receive the payment from expedia- ended up on a very long call with expedia who eventually called the hotel and got everything straightened out. That was just the beginning. There appears to be a bullet hole in the window near the back door which is completely broken and only closes by gravity. There is no latch mechanism on that door. Smoke alarms in the hallway beeped all night because the batteries apparently don't get changed. This hotel is the dirtiest I've ever seen, no exaggeration. Gum wrappers on the floor in the hallway that were never picked up, trash all over, large stains on the walls. While this place hasn't been renovated in last 20 years, it also looks like it hasn't been cleaned in the same time either. The place smells like musty cigarettes. Just pay the extra for a nicer place or sleeping in your car would be a better choice.

Dirty towel hanging on back of door went out to leave one morning and there was a person sleeping in the stair well. Back door was in poor condition and did not lock, the quilt on bed had large stains on it. The refrigerator had a huge ice buildup block in it. There where no clean towels available for two days. The staff was very nice and did whatever they where able to help

I honestly believe that the photograph of the hotel which we saw when booking the room is totally misleading, it doesn't reflect the real interior condition of the property. I believe that what impacted me most negatively was the cleanliness of the property. The entrance was dirty, full of cigarette butts, the trash bin looked like it hadn't been emptied for days, the cigarette stench was at the entrance, the reception area, the elevator and the hallways was almost unbearable, without mentioning the bullet proof glass that greets you in the reception counter. The air conditioning unit in the room lacked an on/off button so the only way to more or less controlling it was with the thermostat. The Directv signal was really appalling, we could barely understand the voice in the television set, and finally we understood that breakfast was included in the room rate. At 8:45 am the dining area was partially open, chairs on top of the tables as it looked the previous night when everything was picked up. Well, the only breakfast my wife and I saw was some stale looking bagels, some bread slices that we didn't dare touch, a waffle making device with a pitcher next to it containing we believe it was the waffle mix, a coffee machine that we used to get two cups of coffee and a vending machine. we also saw two other patrons (man and child) that risked it and were eating a waffle and a cup of coffee.

I can’t speak on any other rooms but the room I had was in need of a deep cleaning. The floor alone looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in months. Walls were dirty, broken appliances. Bathroom was dirty and overall hotel and common area cleanliness was off-putting. On the plus side staff was helpful when needed, the A/C worked well, the bed sheets and bed were clean and water in shower was hot. If you just need a place to rest your head then stay here but otherwise you get what you pay for and i recommend spending the extra money for another hotel.

Horrible smell in the hallway. The bed was very bouncy and needed to be replaced. There was a curve in it so you would roll to the middle of the bed. The floor had hair clumps on it. We got there at 3:30pm someone finally checked us in at 3:46pm. Chose to go to movie and dinner got to the room around 9pm. Ended up choosing to leave/ check out around 11:15pm did not even make it through the night.

The power had been out for some time before we arrived according to the several patrons standing outside the hotel, but no one bothered to notify us. We decided to go eat and come back and see if the power was back on, but it wasn't. So we called Expedia and was on the phone with them for over an hour. They said they would get us a room in a diff hotel that was "comparable or better". They did get us one that was better, but failed to tell us we had to pay the higher price for it. Expedia NEVER even mentioned price duirng our 65 minute phone conversation, but when we got to the new hotel, they told us about the price! By that time, it was after 11 pm, we had been traveling all day and just paid the extra. I call Expedia two days later and they tried to make it right by giving us their own "Expedia points" to make up for the price increase, but I would have rather just have a refund of the difference...instead, to use the points, I have to use Expedia again! Ugh...
