At first glance the hotel left us wondering about our decision to stay here. But when we got to the room it was a pleasant surprise. Air worked great, smelled great, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was nice and had hot food.
We upgraded our room from Cityside to Waterside. Well worth the upgrade. The bay was beautiful and our room overlooked the pool so we could keep an eye on teenagers below. Beach at hotel was a little small, but it was a nice added feature regardless. Staff was great. They gave good advice on how to best get to beach and good places to eat. No complaints at all. Room was clean but a little outdated. No smoking was a big plus. Bathroom was small, but again, no complaints.

Looking for last minute room in Destin. Booked king sweet room through expedia while on road with no problems. Hotel is clean with nice rooms. Staff very friendly and accomidating. Do not expect to just walk across street to beach it is about a quarter mile down very busy main street to public free beaches. Henderson Beach is the same but you pay per car for great ammenities like bathrooms, shower, lifeguard, etc. no alcohol on this beach. Had a great stay and would stay here again.
The check in process is very unorganized. Information about the process when booked through a third party site should be made clear. Staff at condo were not very helpful or friendly with this process either.
