Checked in and just needed the room for the night. Woke up packed up and jumped in the shower to find the handles missing. Don’t know what that was about but I’m sure this place has better rooms and it was just a miss by maintenance. Front desk was professional, bed was clean no bed bugs thankfully, security on site, convenient location just that one thing wasn’t expected and really looked forward to a nice morning shower to kick the day off.

This Hotel was a Okay check in I had a little delay. Room could of been more cleaned. Housekeeping was not available nor cleaned each day on my stay as stated on website. If you need a room to say for a day or two it’s average but not a place for vacation to stay in.

Lots of stores but too many high end stores so too expensive. Not what I would call outlet mall.

Best buy was at COACH! Otherwise shopping at home is cheaper. Just better selection.

Parking is free if you park in the first part of the mall where the Under Armour outlet is, otherwise it is $5.00 to park in the parkade.

Only Outlet mall I’ve ever been to that charges for parking!? More than he 5 bucks, this created significant gridlock getting into the facility.

You do not need a car for in palm springs, but there are lots of museums and art gallerys outside of palm springs to see.
