The price was right, the staff were friendly, and it was convient to the casino. However, the room was small, the sheets were clean, but had stains on them & the refrigerator still had items in it from the previous tenants.

The staff was great, but the room was not. Shower had no pressure, TV had a black line running down the middle of the TV. AC was struggling to push out cold air. There were people running up and down the halls all night. It just wasn't a great experience.

I really like the location and shopping near by. I have no problems with the staff and cleanliness of our room. Here is my issue... our room faced the parking lot out back. There was shear curtains over the window. But the heavy curtains that would darken the room were on a track that was only 16" long on both ends. This left a 3 foot opening in the middle. The very bright parking lot lights made it almost like daylight in our room. I tried to use a hanger from the closet, but it was still too light. Our sleep was hindered by the brightness so we got up at 3:00am and checked out. Obviously at 3:00am there was no one to complain to. I will try and submit 2 pictures that i took of the curtains.

Went into the room and could tell it was not properly cleaned. Ice cream and garbage in ice bucket. Hair, food and dog food on floors. Bed broken, peep hole broken had to tap it shut, door security handle broken would take 5 min to get inside. Smelled like smoke. Room not only dated but holes in walls and trim, curtains and in bathroom. Spoke to front desk and cleaning crew who were aware of these issues said they cleaned it for 45 min prior. Grounds were a mess, glass, needles and drug paraphernalia in parking lot. Pool was ice cold and alarm keep going off, assuming because couldnt smell or detect any chlorine in pool. Informed staff of alarm to which they just ignored. Heard other patrons complaining they didnt have water working in rooms. If just looking for cheap room maybe adequate however that would be only time id recommend staying.

We stayed in one of the suite style rooms. It was perfect for our family of 5. Spacious for our toddler to run around. Only complaint would be how dark it felt walking down the hallways. Just needs to be brightened up a bit.

It was extremely noisy, dirty and our TV didn’t work. The nighttime gal was complaining about the guests to me when I arrived. Do when I discovered the TV wasn’t working I definitely wasn’t going to call her.

my room was dirty which i have pictures, I didn’t even bother the front staff because you either couldn’t find them, or they were busy talking to someone, the neighbors above me were loud all night long. I had to call at 1:30 in the morning to complain about a diesel truck sitting outside my window on for more than 30 minutes and all around. I was not impressed and I’m willing to send pictures.

Clean and Stocked
Room was clean well stocked as in, soap, shampoo conditioner coffee cups. I only mention it because the last 2 or 3 places fell well short of most of these items. It was negative 20s during my stay had zero problems staying warm room heater works great, typical dish cable, not a fan BTW, But all channels worked fine. Will definitely be back when of If I ever need.

Good Bang for the Buck
The hotel was nice...great price for what we got. It's also just up the road from a nice bike path, which was a nice treat in the morning before we finished the second half of our drive.

Family Gathering
We were extremely satisfied with our room. There was plenty of (unexpected) counter space with plug ins! Very spacious. We had a small Xmas gathering before heading out to Prairie Meadows. The room was large and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

The room was somewhat dirty. There was poop on the lid of the toilet near where you flush the toilet. The floor was dirty and hadn't been swept her mopped. There was even a few specks of dried mud behind the bathroom door which I had cleaned up with some toilet paper. I did report that to the front desk and they asked me if I wanted to move, but I had already went out and bought some disinfectant wipes and some Lysol to clean and disinfect around the room a little bit. It was obvious it looked like the bed had been changed or I definitely wouldn't have stayed in there. I had already put all my stuff in there and all I asked was, since I was going to a baby shower and I was going to be gone for over 4 hours which I was, I had asked if someone could bring me some fresh towels and sweep and mop the floor while I was gone. Upon my return, it didn't get done at all, no fresh towels and the floor was the same. There was even a housekeeper cleaning rooms while I was returning to my room, and I just wanted to lay down and take a nap. I had paid for two nights, and my key wouldn't work so I had to run back to the desk and have them fix the situation and I told them that it didn't get done and they said they would do it right now. The point is, I am a customer and I put in a a request about something that should have already been done while I was gone, and even before I got the room and it didn't get done at all. I'm very disappointed.
