The lobby was beautiful, the smell was too citrus based, the entrance to the pool and the fitness center had dirty rags though, the fitness center was hot and humid too. The front desk agent was nice when we checked in, but when we checked out, that front desk agent was abrupt and rude and was sitting and eating. She didn't seem to want to help. The agents should tell us where the amenities are when we check in but didn't. The room was ok, not enough toilet paper though, the towels were right by where the toilet is. The pillows were uncomfortable and there were crumbs on the couch. Breakfast was good. There was trash outside left, a general manager or housekeeper needs to do a walk around every morning but obviously didn't. The elevator was dirty and destroyed looking on the walls. Overall, ok stay. Not great. Ok.

Beautiful property. We had a key card issue. But they rectified it right away. I love that after a loooong day of travel we could order dinner in our room. And pre order breakfast delivered so we can be on our way. The rooms are phenomenal!

A great selection for breakfast even had Starbucks coffee. My only suggestion would be that they have more then one washcloth per occupant for overnight. Two would be best. We will be back and totally recommend.

We will definitely be back. The place was very clean, staff was absolutely amazing from the front desk to the housekeeping and bar staff. The rooms were very nice and comfortable beds. My kids especially loved the shower.

We love this hotel. The staff are the best and friendliest ever! They are super professional and always make us feel welcome. The rooms are clean. TV is large and has many options including streaming premium channels. Rooms are modern and beautiful. Never a problem here! We will be back in March and May if not sooner.

Beautiful, modern property with spacious, clean rooms. Asked for a roll away cot and had one in our room as soon as we arrived. Front desk help was very welcoming and extremely kind and accommodating. Good drinks at bar and shuttle service was appreciated.

Great staff. Comfortable room. Plenty of parking. If I was really digging for a downfall it would’ve been the breakfast, but the dinner at the restaurant was delicious and not outrageously priced for the options.

Don’t stay unless you can sleep through a circus.
The hotel room was great. What was not great and what I wish they would disclose before a hotel is booked. Is that the hotel was full of literally screaming children because every Friday and Saturday night apparently this particular hotel hosts all the children’s leagues for sports and the parents do not regulate their children it is up to the staff. We had children banging on our doors most of the night the staff kept yelling at them. It is not up to the staff to discipline their children it is up to their parents. What I would prefer in the future is for hotels who allow this kind of thing to happen that they put a note that this weekend is a sports weekend and they will be several undisciplined children in our hotel stay somewhere else.

Would Stay Again
Nice hotel, prices were decent when I was in town. Building is older but a complete renovation was done at some point and for the most part it seems like a newer property.
