We enjoyed our stay at this property. The desk staff was friendly and efficient. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed to rest from a busy day.
Everything was good except the “breakfast” they said was offered. It was just over ripe bananas, apples, and small muffins and coffee. Other than that we had a pleasant stay.
The hotel is ok. It seemed a bit damp and old in our room. For three days we were told the systems were down and there would be no way to order bar drinks or breakfast foods. Seemed a bit odd and no compensation was given for that issue.

We did offer a free complimentary breakfast while our computer system in the restaurant was down instead of the usual pay on own, made to order breakfast to try and make up for the inconvenience. We also provide beers and wine in the market for purchase. I apologize if there was any miscommunication and you were not made aware of this.It's my hope that if you find yourself back in the area, we can welcome you again and you can enjoy our Bistro offerings! We got no sleep. The compressor on the air conditioner wasn’t working so all night long it tried to turn on. So it made a horrific vibrating sound. Very inconvenienced.

Hotel is getting older. I stayed at same hotel two nights in a row but different rooms. There was no consistency with where shampoo was kept, soaps, towels etc. art work was no fastened to the wall, the plant that was supposed to be on the shelf had been busted off so it was sitting on the floor. Product is showing signs of tiredness.

Its reviews like this that help us understand where our areas of opportunity are. We take our guest feedback very serious. We have been working with our team and supply venders as hard as we can to get our normal products back to a regular consistency in each room as it was a bit of a challenge during the pandemic. Stocks were running lower than normal. However, things have been looking up and products are increasing back to more of a normal routine. Maintenance has been working on different areas of the hotel to keep everything in working order and to keep it looking great. We hope you give us another chance if you travel through the area again.
