shady said they didnt receive my payment through expedia and said machine was down so wanted cash,,rude people and it stunk dirty and terrible,,we didnt stay

There were 2 busted windows on the first floor. When I was talking to the front desk attendant, a customer come out stating that she didn’t have towels in her room. The manager wasn’t on duty to help with any issues.

This was not a place to take my children and did not look like the photos. The carpeting in the hallway and inside the room needed to be vacuumed. The furniture in the room was broken (knobs missing from the dresser) and the tables showed signs of very visible wear and tear (dents, stains). There were no tissues or trash can in the bathroom. The breakfast offered was minimal, and the room it was served in was dirty. The surrounding area was a little sketchy. On a plus side, the beds were clean and comfortable, although I would have liked an extra pillow when requested (I was told there were no extra pillows available). I will say however, the gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and hard working.

Extremely disgusting room. Didn't notice until the next morning. There was something gross stuck to the curtains. I don't even want to guess what that was. The corner of the sheets came off the mattress in the middle of the night and when we saw in the morning, it looked like there was blood on the mattress. Will never, ever stay there again.

Reserved 1-king bedroom, got a 2-queen bedroom. No towels. No tv remote. Phone didn’t work. Keys didn’t work. Called the desk with cell phone and asked for towels, they didn’t ever bring any. We went and got them from the front desk and a remote, remote didn’t work. Stayed 2 nights, the second night we had to get new keys again because they stopped working. Housekeeping tried entering the room in the morning before checkout.

The staff were accommodating and changed our room for a lower level room as my husband just got released from the hospital. No towels, but the room was adequate for the price.
