Great location with views of city and mountainsPosted 18-Feb-2014
Pros: Close to home, good rates, late checkout
Cons: The elevator and halls had a little bit of a musty odor.
Location: Red Rocks, Heritage Square, Colorado Mills, Plenty of restaurants, etc.
Although I have lived in Lakewood most of my life and have seen this hotel as kind of a landmark in the city, I have never stayed there. We went for a spur of the moment Valentine's day getaway and were pleasantly surprised at the ease of check in, low rates and late checkout which were perfect for our escape.

nice hotel - far awayPosted 24-Jan-2014
Pros: walking distance to Federal Center
Cons: shuttle to the airport would be useful
Location: good restaurants for lunch nearby; no very good restaurants for dinner close by;
very far away from the airport; lack of easy access by public transport; supershuttle failed to show up for me and the next one would have taken over 1 hour to get there;

Nice hotelPosted 22-Jan-2014
Location was great. Hotel was nice and room was nice too. Had a problem with the heater in the room but somebody immediately showed up to fix it so I was very pleased with the fast service. Overall had a good experience.

Never had that happen beforePosted 20-Jan-2014
Pros: Clean, friendly staff
Location: Its about 10 miles from the heart of Denver but easy access from the freeway
When I first got to the hotel it was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly, My room had a king size bed and I needed 2 queen size beds.. they changed my room without a problem.. There was a sign stating the indoor pool was closed for maintenance, which was dissapointing.. The room was on the average side but I liked the fridge. The walls seemed a little thin as I could occasionally hear someone in the hallway. Then after falling asleep I was awoken by a fire/emergency alarm.. It was loud and alerted everyone to the lobby and to avoid the elevator.. choosing the 10th floor wasn't such a good idea now. after making the trip to the lobby we were informed it was a false alarm but they couldn't shut it off without the fire dept... So we were told we could go back to our room but the alarm continued for another 15 minutes.. then stopped... then started again... and off and on for another 15min.. no apology no discount.. if not for the alarm waking me and the pool being closed it would have been a much better stay... I am hoping these aren't normal issues and believe it is a nice hotel

Nice hotel outside of DenverPosted 13-Jan-2014
Pros: I liked how accommodating they were for dogs.
Cons: It would be nice to have a scale in the fitness center.
Location: Was in a convenient location with several restaurants nearby.
Very nice hotel for the price. Enjoyed that there was not extra fee for pets.

Very nice Hotel close to Colorado Mills MallPosted 10-Dec-2013
When we got to our room it was very cold, so we turned up the heat and headed for a cocktail at the bar, when we got back to the room 45 minutes later it was still cold, like 55 degrees in the room, so I called the front desk and in minutes an engineer was there, he tried a quick fix to the furnace and had no luck so they had us in a new room within 20 minutes!!!!

Nice Rooms Friendly StaffPosted 28-Nov-2013 on Hotels.com
We had a nice one night stay. Had a problem with the heat in one room and moved to another. Maintenance staff gave us complimentary brunch coupons for the inconvenience.
