“Quality Inn, Denver, Colorado”

I had a great experience with quality Inn in Denver. Everything was great. Transportation was awesome, they have a shuttle that take you everywhere you want and whenever you call them they come and pick you up. That was great. the staffs were really kind and considerate. The rooms where clean, ... Although the hotel is not in downtown area but you won't have any problem to reach to different places at all because of their great transportation schedule. I recommend this hotel to everyone, specially students and those ones that are coming to Denver to do a business.

“Not a bad place, but there are better.”

The staff was very friendly. The rooms are very dated in decor but that didn't really bother me. Shower water at maximum level wasn't nealry hot enough. Our keys to our door demagnetized on multiple occasions forcing us to go downstairs to fix them. The breakfast included with the stay was rather poor and if you were a minute late they would lock the doors and not let you in. Cleaning of the room between nights was spot on.

“Unexpected location”

The hotel itself was fine. However it advertised itself as being downtown, but it definitely was not. Since it was so far out of the way, transportation was necessary. It advertised that a shuttle was available. but due to a snowstorm the day we were there, they shut the shuttle down. Most at the front desk were not helpful, and when I tried to get a ride downtown the next day so I could catch a bus to the airport, it became quite stressful. Fortunately, there was one lady who was very helpful and then gave me information so I could find a driver.
