Hotel is Average. Breakfast is terrible. Everything is cold with no flavor. Probably one of the worst hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. We didn’t have our room serviced so I asked the maid for 4 towels and wash clothes. We had four people in our room and the maid refused to give me 4 towels and wash clothes. Started yelling no and speaking in Spanish. Hyatt is normal so good this one wasn’t the normal.

Good location, but it needs to be refreshed and look nice, the cleanliness is good but not excellent, the receptionists are some friendly and others not so much.

The key to successful travel is managing expectations. That said, I expected more from Hyatt. It was just okay. Over a 5 day stay my room was only cleaned twice. Other than that, the property was …average.

The hotel is newly remodeled and felt very nice and clean. The mountain view was beautiful. Good location outside of downtown Denver but still close to downtown. We travel a lot and this by far was the best breakfast we have had at any hotel!

Don’t try to use Apple Pay/using the tap option on the credit card terminal. It will apparently crash their system and will make the employees sad. Otherwise, a good property to stay at with a 20 min drive to downtown Denver!

I love the rooftop pool, friendly staff, and mid century design. The rooms are large with a balcony and the location is great too. Parking is an issue as you either have to park on the street, if you can find a space, or the hotel offers valet for about $30 extra per day. Overall, this is one of my go to places when visiting Denver.

Hey Dan,I am not sure you are referring to our hotel with this review because we don't have a rooftop pool, a mid century design, nor is our parking an issue because we have 400+ parking spots but we do have a great location and friendly staff! We are happy to hear our fellow hoteliers are treating you right out here in Denver. That makes us happy! We do appreciate the 5 out of 5! Take care Dan.

One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was for the breakfast and the food was absolutely terrible. Also on top of the room fee, we had to pay $15/day for parking. We also got a noise warning from laughter around 10pm on a Friday night..overall nice hotel but would not stay here again.

They didn’t have the room I booked available and had to go to a different hotel for the first night. Also the staff during the night was not very helpful. I do realize three things do happen from time to time but they were going to charge a higher rate for a different room since the room I booked was not available.

We booked our stay through Expedia and unfortunately they didn’t let us know about the construction going on at the hotel. There wasn’t any breakfast available the first four days and the bar was shut down as well. They also didn’t let us know we’d be charged $15 per day for parking. The parking wasn’t covered and I never saw any security patrolling the lot. The room was clean and really didn’t have any problems with noise.
