Ask for higher floors

Posted 3-Mar-2015
Pros: Over the top in atmosphere, unique and hip. Great coffee shop, bar and Nickel Restaurant!!
Cons: Higher quality toilet paper. Everything else is a homerun so don't skimp on something like that.
Location: Central to anything you could want to do in the awesome city of Denver. Great location!
Our stay was EXCELLENT in every way but one. The first night the 3rd floor level had street noise and partying people outside which woke us up and did not end until after 2:30am. We were exhausted. Considering what we paid for the room that was the last thing we should have felt. New windows are needed to resolve that issue. The Hotel was great and moved us to the 8th floor and that allowed us to finally feel the luxury we had come to experience.

Quick Denver Vacation

Posted 2-Mar-2015
Location: LoDo is nearby and has amazing restaurants.
This is the second time I've stayed at Hotel Teatro and they were AMAZING! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We were very happy with our stay. They provided restaurant recommendations and best places to visit around Denver. Oh and they were very accommodating when we got to our room and wanted to upgrade. Within a few minutes, we were in a new room. They are very professional and love what they do. We took advantage of the complimentary drop off and pick up rides (within a 2 mile downtown radius).

Excellent Hotel!

Posted 2-Mar-2015
Pros: Beautiful building and upgraded interior.
Cons: NA
Location: Many bars and restaurants to choose from - great location for a night out on the town.
Excellent from the day before I checked-in through the end of my stay! I received a text the day before I checked-in welcoming me and asking if there was anything I needed PRIOR to check-in to please let them know as they were available for assistance. Now that's impressive! Easy check in and had a private car to take us where we needed within 2 miles, which was perfect in the extremely cold weather. All employees were very helpful and personable. Overall excellent experience!

Great hotel with a tremendously professional staff

Posted 2-Mar-2015
Cons: The gym is tiny and could upgrade the equipment.
I got an unbelievable greeting from the valets. They treated me like i was their only guest and were tremendously friendly and helpful. The hotel was very conveniently located for my meetings with many excellent dinner options. The Teatro is my new go to hotel when i am in Denver. And i can not wait to try the lobby restaurant during my next stay.

Hotel near a little bit of everything.

The Hotel Teatro is very nice, but the quality of rest is unobtainable. We had the pleasure of staying in room 308 for just a night and sleep was very difficult. Road noise filtered into the room as the windows seem to be from the 20's. The window coverings do help to block out some noise but if a fire truck goes by you feel like you were right next to it. The Valet was nice and they will take you to your destination within a two mile radius of the hotel, on a first come basis. They didn't offer to come pick us up so we aren't sure if that is a service they offer or not although would have been nice since it was snowing.

The Corner King Rooms are exceptional, the room appears to have been recently (there in winter of 2015) remodeled; warm soft stone tile in bath, great linens. Room décor modern, but still relaxed. Larger corner room provided comfortable seating area in addition to the king bed. We were on a 2nd floor, & while the one of the streets was a 2nd ally, the other side of the room was on one of the busier streets - still the room was relatively quite for being a downtown hotel. Both the main restaurant, The Nickel, and the breakfast area are very comfortable & nice. Very nice, large bar area in The Nickel. All in all, a great stay.

Perfect Hotel for Downtown Denver

Posted 30-Jan-2015
Pros: Everything. I can't wait to stay again.
Cons: N/A
Location: Pepsi Center Larimer Square 16th St Mall Performing Arts Center
My boyfriend and I's experience couldn't have been more perfect. The decor is fabulous. It is walking distance to Larimer Square, the Pepsi Center, and 16th St Mall. Also, if you don't feel like walking they have a complimentary car service that will take you within a two mile radius. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The breakfast at the Nickel, the restaurant inside the hotel, was delicious. Honestly, the charm, hospitality, and location of Hotel Teatro makes this place a winner.
