Had unsatisfactory interaction with staff. One of the elevators was out during my entire stay. My room had overly strong cleaning chemical smell.

The elevator was slow and making very loud noises. The other elevator was completely broken. The stairs take you outside, so you can not just take them up and down to be quicker. The restaurant/bar was not open on weekends. The workout facility was not nice at all, stuffy without good air flow, and no weight equipment other than the free weights. Not very inviting.

Heater/AC noisy and clicking would cause us to wake up every thirty minutes (awful). Mini fridge noisy and clicking also so we had to unplug. Elevators were broken and not functioning. Rooms are not well insulated and you can hear others speaking normal volume in neighboring room. No working lights (bulbs burnt out) in parking lot.
