“perfect downtown Denver location”
Our family went to Denver to shop, visit a spa, eat, and be close to skiing. The hotel was perfect for all of our plans.
“A very Pleasant suprise”
The hotel is perfectly situated in downtown Denver, a one block walk from everything a traveler could possibly want or need. The staff was courteous, friendly, professional and well informed. Because I was in Denver to undergo a medical procedure management offered me a late checkout on my day of departure which was enormously helpful and greatly appreciated. I travel to Denver several times a year, and this is the first time I tried using Expedia. From plane tickets to car rental to hotel reservations everything went perfectly and at a very large discount from what I had always paid in the past. Thank you, Expedia. Expedia, what a lovely way to travel!
“Great Hotel”
We came in for the GABF. The hotel was within walking distance of the event location.(very important for GABF goers) The bed was over the top for me. Staff was friendly and helpful. Close to the Mall Street shuttle. Elevators were having some issues at this time.
“Denver Crowne Plaza”
Overall excellent hotel, clean, very friendly and helpful staff, cannot stress that enough, everyone from front desk to bartender, etc., room was fresh, linens and design of room up to date. Surrounding area could not have been better for walking. Mall and movie theatre next block.

This was a great hotel - clean and in a fantastic location (just a few blocks from the 16 St. Mall). Staff were also very friendly. I had a wonderful stay there - it is also close to lots of transit options so it's very easy to get around.

We had a great time there. We always have a long flight to get to Denver and when we got there we were very tired and my daughter (5 yo) wanted to rest very badly. I was very suprised and happy that we could go to a room before the normal "check in" time (4 hours before). That was amasing... They have a nice self-service breakfast for a reasonable price. And a very friendly staff too...
“Convenient to Convention Center - moderate price”
Attended a convention in Denver, and the other hotels were more expensive, so I picked this one, not cheap, but less than the closer hotels. The walk to the convention center is about 2 blocks and in the other direction, it is convenient to the 16th street mall with free bus transport up and down. The hotel is nice enough with 'free' wireless. The restaurant is open for breakfast and the buffet is pricy but good. It was not open for dinner, but there are plenty of places to eat within a few blocks. Overall, if you don't mind walking 2 blocks, it was fine!
