They ask for your card in the front desk most of the hotels if you go using Expedia don ask you for the card The firs receptionist was rude They gave as a room that connected to other one and we didn’t like this you don’t sleep well thinking that someone can enter the room

The young lady who checked me in could barely speak English. The elevator was not working had to carry everything up the stairs which was not marked and was very dirty. My wife has copd so I had to carry her breathing machine up the stairs also. We checked in 30 minutes early she said they had nothing available on the first floor. I felt like she was not telling the truth

Enjoyed our stay! We have a little one (LO) that’s under 1 and two dogs so it was very accommodating and relaxing. Did not like that the elevators were down as we had to make multiple trips with our two dogs and LO. Took us about an hour until we settled down. Felt very safe as we had a bunch of stuff out in the open in our vehicle. Breakfast was fantastic!

There is only one elevator which during my stay was damaged. Next time I’ll ask for first floor because I have back problems. The inconveniences to the guests should be rewarded. Overall was good.

Very friendly and helpful staff at check-in. We needed to check in early after playing golf and getting caught in the rain. They were very helpful in getting us in by 2:00 instead of 3:00.

Room not cleaned 2 of the 3 days even when we asked. Asked for Diet Cokes for their pantry to purchase - said they would, never did. Would not give me an itemized receipt, said I would get it from Hotels.com. Never had this happen before. Still have not received one.

We enjoyed our overnight stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Denton. The room was very clean, the bathroom was clean and the shower was great. AC was cold and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Broken elevator
The room and facility were very clean, bright and modern. The staff were very friendly. My big chief complaint was that the elevator was out of service and had been for several days. It was out of service throughout my stay. I was booked on a second floor room, and the host could not move me to a bottom floor, which required me to go up and down the stairs every time I needed to leave. And haul all of my luggage and equipment up and down the stairs. Every time I needed to go do some thing. Very inconvenient.

The property itself was in good shape. The room was clean. However, the staff was not friendly. Furthermore, they did not want to give me the room I booked and paid for in advance. To add insult to injury, the day after I checked out they charged my credit card a $75 pet fee. I did not have a pet with me, only my twenty-two year old daughter. I called them to take care of the matter. When I spoke to Titus, he told me I should not have been charged, and he would speak to his manager about refunding my money. They still have not done so.
