The property itself was in good shape. The room was clean. However, the staff was not friendly. Furthermore, they did not want to give me the room I booked and paid for in advance. To add insult to injury, the day after I checked out they charged my credit card a $75 pet fee. I did not have a pet with me, only my twenty-two year old daughter. I called them to take care of the matter. When I spoke to Titus, he told me I should not have been charged, and he would speak to his manager about refunding my money. They still have not done so.
