Everyone working there was very friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The pool was clean, and plenty of towels for the pool.

I loved that the showers actually had HOT water. Staff was friendly, the place was clean, and parking was easy.

Great place!
Easy check in and hotel was very inviting to sit and chat. The room was very clean and of good size. If anything, the beds were not as comfortable because it felt if you got to close to the edge you would fall over; at least in our room. Other than that, totally recommend.

This property has infestation. We came as a big group for a wedding and there was bugs on our curtains, the floor and bathroom. It was gross especially the fact that I came with my kids.

Great hotel
This is a great place to stay. Amazing service at the bar. Bartender mixed the best drinks. The guy working at the coffee shop in the morning is extremely rude. I didn't let him ruin my stay but he sure tryed.

This is my go-to hotel when visiting my daughter at UNT. The rooms are very nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff is exceptionally friendly. The only improvement needed is the cafe service. It’s very slow and a few of the breakfast food items seem to have gone down in quality recently- namely, the potatoes and sausages are clearly frozen. It took 30 minutes to get my breakfast order. They seemed very short-staffed too.

The room has no indoor pot washer as I visited with baby and there is no space where i can wash my baby feeders also when I ask management for kitchen where I can wash her feeders the management said wash in your washroom. Wth they told me to wash feeders in restroom.
