“I would definately stay here again.”

Everyone at the front desk was helpful with all our requests. All the staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was good. This was definitely a good hotel for the price.

“Pleasant Stay”

We arrived serveral hours before check-in so our room was not finished, however the staff tried their best to get it ready for us in a reasonable amount of time. Our stay was pleasant and if we ever travel to Denton again we would deffinately stay here

“Good Basic Hotel”

Literally checked in at 11pm and out at 8am the next morning for an event at UNT, so we were looking for a basic, clean hotel. This fit the bill. Everything appeared clean to us. The suite had a separate sitting area (half wall between sofas and the beds), so it was roomy enough for the three of us. Heater was easy to adjust (a usual gripe of mine in hotel rooms with individual units), so temps were OK as well. Beds were a little hard, but about what we expected for this level of a hotel. Basic complimentary breakfast was just fine for our needs, they did have a waffle maker, sausage, and scrambled eggs (the egg beaters variety, so not "real" eggs). Be aware that "within walking distance" to UNT is a stretch. It's a good five or six blocks to the edge of campus. Our business was on the other side of campus, so we drove. If we have any other events at UNT that start early in the morning, we'll be back. And I recommend it to anyone looking for a stopover point on a longer trip.

“Newly remodeled and nice!”

We've stayed at this hotel a few times over the last few months, as our daughter is a new UNT student. They've recently renovated it and it is very nice now--new carpet, etc. Breakfast isn't fantastic, but it's ok. Many times they seem to run low on various items before the service time is over. Good hotel though! Recommended.

“Nice room”

The hotel was very nice and so was the pool. I will say that the pool hours as well as the hours for the laundry facilities were a bit inconvenient.

“It is ok for one night”

The hotel was ok. we had a shower that dripped and the room could have been cleaner. The staff was very nice and it was convenient to UNT.
