Room was comfortable. Overall pleasant stay. A variety of restaurants next door. Hotel a little outdated in decor.

Nice, clean and well pricedPosted 5-Aug-2014
Pros: Cleanliness and size
Cons: Breakfast and manners of housekeepers.
Location: We were there for a wedding. Good location.... Walked to restaurants and shopping was close by.
Only complaints are the walls do not block out any sound. Our room was 4 doors away from elevator but we could hear ever time someone got off the elevator if they were talking. Breakfast was below average. Ordered omelet but it was mostly vegetables and little egg. But overall very nice front desk staff and bartender. Housekeeping needs to let guest on elevators before them. I got on after a housekeeper told her my floor number but she wouldn't push it. I had to reach around her to get to it myself. Not very friendly.

Eventful stayPosted 20-Jul-2014
Pros: Great location close to good restaurants; beautiful and spacious rooms
Cons: Pest control; alcohol policy; plumbing maintenance;
Lots of kids because of softball tourney; all were in and round pool which was fine but parents were all drinking alcohol and getting louder; went to dinner and came back to a fight in the bar between some of the parents - police were called; lots of screaming - bartender kept serving alcohol even though some were obviously drunk and belligerant; bartender jumped on desk clerk for calling police; finally got to room to settle in - bathroom sink would not drain; went to bed; woke in the night with something crawling on me; woke the next morning and the bed was full of ants; they were coming from behind the bed up over the mattress, under my pillow and down in the bed; we called desk and had them come and document this; told would not pay for the night.

This is the best hotel I have stayed at.Posted 16-Jun-2014
Location: Good restaurants within walking distance. Although there are a lot of things to do near by, we enjoyed most of our time at the hotel.
This is the first time we have stayed @ this hotel. It is family friendly, the staff goes out of the way to try to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. The décor of the lobby and rooms are excellent. We also enjoyed the great hot breakfast in the mornings. The pool was also great (my 8 year old loved the water fall). Real fancy pool. I rate this hotel 5 stars.

Great nightPosted 14-Jun-2014 on Hotels.com
The staff was exceptional! Very helpful and very nice. The room was nicely appointed and comfortable. We chose this hotel for its location and amenities. The breakfast with the omlet station was great. The pool area was relaxing and the bar was convenient.

Cons: The air conditioning unit is very loud! It needs to have a slow speed for the fan. Also the setting on the thermostat does not seem to correspond.
We were in town for the 50th wedding anniversary of my cousin. This hotel was very very nice and only about 1 mile from the hotel where the anniversary party was held.

Nice hotel....but.....Posted 11-Jun-2014 on Hotels.com
hotel was beautiful and looked quite new. staff was helpful. The breakfast was terrible. Got there an hour and a half before it should have closed and there was no hot food at all. They had one girl making omelets but she was about 20 behind when we got there and it would have taken an hour to get one. The batter for the waffles was soured. The mild was warm. When they did bring eggs from the back, they were old and cold. Just as we were leaving...and 15 minutes before the buffet closed.....they brought out some hot food that was devoured by many hungry people again leaving nothing for any late-comers. All and all a disappointing experience as the room was quite nice.

Wonderful hotel stayPosted 11-Jun-2014 on Hotels.com
I arrived rather late from Austin and was greeted by the overnight staff member who was extremely friendly. He got me squared away very quickly and I was off to my room. The decor in the hotel is very fun and my room was absolutely fantastic. It was super clean, comfortable and large. The bathroom was amazing. I really enjoyed the free internet and hot breakfast the next morning. All staff members I encountered were very nice and helpful. One of the best hotel stays I've had and I wish I could have stayed longer than the one night.
