“Thankful”

My husband and I travel to Denton often so we found this motel its clean the rooms are roomy the pool is nice the service has always been friendly and it has a bed thats actually comfy enough that we dont feel like we are sleeping on a board so..all in all we continue to go back..so we are Thankful for the rates..very reasonable..

“Texas travel made easy”

The comfort and friendliness of the hotel and staff made our stay for easy. We had a lot of travel in two weeks and we looked forward to returning to this base 'camp' during this time.

I would stay here again. A good price for a comfortable stay and I'd recommend it to anyone who's visiting this area. Very friendly people as well.

“Felt like a good choice for the price”

This is an older hotel, and it does not have the big extras, but it had all we needed for a simple night stay, and it was extremely clean. The staff was very friendly and tried very hard at being helpful. The continental breakfast was not as big as some, but it served its purpose, and the waffles were more than needed. We felt secure in the surrounding area. It's a little hard to get back onto the interstate from the hotel but not impossible - just a little more of a detour getting back onto the road. Ask the front desk for the best way back onto the road. They have a way that works well! It is easy to find and easy to access when arriving though, and it's very close to UNT and great shopping and dining. If you want a really enjoyable hotel stay with all the amenities, this may not be the one, but if you want a simple hotel room and to feel secure and comfortable enough for the shorter stay, this is a fine choice for the cost.

“Friendly, comfortable, clean and cheap”

I was surprised how good this little hotel was. Very friendly and helpful staff, everything worked properly, it was clean and neat. The furnishings were a little older and worn but that didn't affect their usefulness or the comfort. I would reccomend it to others and stay there again myself. I didn't eat there so I can't comment on the food.

“Don't mind going back”

My stay at the Americas Best Value Inn & Suites at Denton was a good experience. It was very clean and comfortable. I stayed there to attend some graduate classes at UNT and the location work out great for me. Staff was friendly and helpful. No problems with nosily people which is not always easy to avoid. I would stay there again.

“Will stay here again”

The next time that we go to Texas we plan to stay at the hotel. We will be bringing our own towels because the hotel didn't have enough at the front desk and they couldn't get us any. We had to wait until after 9:00 in the morning for towels and this was inconvient for us.

“Good bargain, good experience”

The staff at the America's Best Value Inn & Suites in Denton, Texas, was first-rate. Check-in was smooth, the room was exactly as promised (clean and comfortable, with a good desk and table for working purposes), and the all-important wireless Internet connection was reliable so I could conduct business as needed while there--something that hasn't always been true in other places I've stayed.

“Will return”

Will use this hotel again when we return to Denton. Well worth the price.

“Nice rooms, but not a good night's sleep”

While the rooms were nice and clean and the beds extremely comfortable, the whole night was ruined by other patrons of the hotel, who chose to yell and at each other until 4 o'clock in the morning. The doors open to the outside, and the walls are paper thin, so we could hear every word. You can tell that the hotel was once probably pretty upscale (it used to be a ramada), but now that it's one of the more inexpensive in Denton, it isn't kept up as nicely on the outside as it probably once was.
