“Satisfied”
The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly which made the stay quite comfortable. But there are also room to improve. For example, I requested no housekeeping 3 times but my request was ignored which was a little bit annoying.
“Good location”
Nice location, but the taxi service offered by the Hotel is very expensive. No doubt its a luxury car and probably worth it, but having cheaper options would help travellers going to a few KM, where luxury is not important. The breakfast is awesome and worth waking up early to enjoy it thoroughly.
“Nice hotel, would recommend for stay”
Staying at the hotel was a very nice experience - the room was big, confortable and spotless. Service was also very good. Would recommend this if you are staying in the Gurgaon area (however if you are planning to visit New Delhi it's quite far given the traffic conditions)
“Will come back”
I have stayed at numerous hotels in Gurgaon during the past few months and will certainly come back to this one. Clean, spacious and modern layout, with all the amenities that are required. Mattress was extremly hard (as they tend to be in local owned Indian hotels) Didn't have any payment issues as the other reviewer, it was pre-paid and nobody tried to charge again.

Be cautious..., though you book and pay through expediatecorp.com this hotel management (often deliberately) charges you again. It takes months to make them agree to refund and it takes another few months (3 billing cycle, at least) to see the credit... meanwhile, you will be paying late fee to Amex!
“Not Impressed”
Having visited india 62 times in the past few years and stayed in nearly all the hotels in the area. I found myself being charged for things I had already paid for. I paid for the room and taxes in advance,but on checking out had to argue for almost an hour with reception that I had pre paid.There are a lot more accommodating hotels in this price range who give you the service you deserve. I will never stay at this hotel again.
