“Great Hotel close to Indira Gandhi Intl Airport”
No Bar: but very limited drinks available from the Room Service Very clean rooms including bathroom Staff helped in every way possible Rooms quality could be compared to Five Star at one fourth the price
“Close to Airport”
Having booked the hotel and never traveled to New Delhi before we did so with some nervousness. When we arrived they had a suite reserved for us even though we had only booked a standard room. It was great. Huge room, with dinning table, HD TV, King size bed and large bath. All marble floors and most modern fixtures. Scored big points with my wife. She was disappointed with the Spa services. There was no real spa. They would come to your room and perform the services there. The resturant wasn't too exciting either.

“Nice Looking Hotel BUT”
This hotel was nicely decorated with clean rooms. HOWEVER, I was unfortunately taken advantage of not being a native speaker. When I asked for transportation to Delhi from the airport , I was not given any options except to use the hotel driver and was asked to up front pay the equivalent of 37 dollars for the 20 minute trip. I did not know until travelling for the rest of week in India that that price was exorbitant. In addiiton, the internet service did not work at the hotel which was a major disappointment.

Disappointing and not worth the money. Clarks Greens is one of the many hotels that rent out their grounds for the wedding season in Delhi -- we were "lucky" enough to be there for a night of a raucous wedding -- full with fireworks, drums and hundreds of wedding participants just outside our windows. Not the kind of place you would choose for a decent night's sleep before getting on the plane. Front desk staff was a little stand-offish. A prior expedia review had stated that a hotel car to the airport would cost upwards of Rs500 -- and this is in fact true. So when we went through Delhi on another loop, we spent the money and stayed at an actual 5 star hotel and had an excellent experience. Lesson learned. I do not think that Clarks is anywhere close to a "4 star" hotel. At best it is 2 stars, and I think for the money it is not worth it. Stay someplace cheaper and you would be happy getting what you're paying for, or stay someplace more expensive and you'll be in the lap of luxury. This was not worth it.
“disapointed of Expedia rating”
Extremely noisy hotel, bathromm was not cleat at all and many broken items. Four star rating does not is not correct , rather 2 star. The price paid was not worth it.
“Stay away from this hotel it is definately not 4 star more like 1 star!”
The issues we had follow... - They took my clothes and my son’s clothes and laundered them without us requesting them to do so. Upon their return I discovered that they had bleached them resulting in my black underwear and socks turning brown and my once royal blue trousers ruined having returned purple. The clothes were also returned damp. Hotel Management flatly refused to compensate for the damage. - They were conducting a wedding with loud music & fireworks outside our bedroom window. Festivities continued until around 4am in the morning. -This hotel is near the airport and there is NO SOUND INSULATION. As the planes were coming in for their landing it sounded like they were going to land on top of us. - No heating and the room was cold (it was winter). They provided an old & noisy fan heater which combined with the wedding festivities outside and the aircraft noise made it impossible for us to sleep. - We were awoken by an unsolicited wakeup call between 7.30 and at 7.45am every morning advising us to attend breakfast. - Major building maintenance including ARC welding was being undertaken outside my children’s bedroom door. They were tearing apart the ceilings for some reason. We had to call reception to get the maintenance people to desist so that we could get our children out of their room. - A porter tried to access our room whilst we were in it. I opened the door and asked if I could help him and he just walked off – no explanation! - There is no Spa
