Many of the downstairs rooms are not in use due to a cleaning staff shortage, there is no elevator to the 2nd floor. We struggled to get our luggage up stairs.

Would stay again.
Our two night stay was an overall good experience. I would stay here again. There was an issue with the hot water the first night, but the staff was kind enough to switch rooms for us for the second night. Good service.

Very dated everything! Felt unclean & the linens were dingy & cheap spread on the bed! Nothing like the picture looked on line!! No real breakfast, store bought breakfast sandwich ! Horrible!!

Very quiet, clean and close to the interstate. Breakfast was a "Grab and go" and a $50 incidental feel was required. I asked about a Veteran's discount, since it was Veteran's Day, but it was not acknowledged. Staff members were all very nice.

I liked the separate tv viewing area. I hated the lumpy pillows, no amout of fluffing them helped. We got a crit in our neck sleeping on them.

Stay was great, breakfast not so much so.
The property does have some updates and is very comfortable. I had a large room with a seating area and it was not only spacious, but really comfortable! In room coffee, microwave and fridge were very much appreciated along with the ceiling fan! I only have one frustrating comment to make about the property - it would be helpful to clarify online and at checkin about breakfast. With the photos and descriptions on Hotels.com and Best Western - it can be assumed that breakfast was a sit down offering since the photos show your seating area. No one told me at check in that breakfast was limited to a "grab and go" sack. The only sign that displayed this was hidden behind the open door to the breakfast area and the night manager did not mention that when I checked in. I even asked her what breakfast was being served. There was an plastic sign on the desk displaying "grab and go" was available, but did not clarify that this was all you get for breakfast. So, the comfort and cleanliness of the room and property were great, breakfast not so much. Needless to say, there were only limited options nearby for a meal before heading to my work site.

Ratty tatty towels. Insufficient towels. I had to beg for hair conditioner. Very poor breakfast. The ladies at the reception were very nice and helpful.

The hotel was dirty and consisted to two buildings. The ice maker did not work so you had to go to a different building. The parking lot was dirty as well as the side walk's. Our room smelled of cigarettes', so we were moved to another room. There was NO breakfast. There was supposed to be breakfast, when we arrived for breakfast, the clerk at the front came in and put two sausage and biscuits and two muffins out This was a VERY VERY disappointing stay!

We only have 1 ice maker at our hotel & it’s between two building for easy assess to all guest. We clean our parking & sidewalk every morning with blower & room smell like smoke we didn’t smell it but we change your room because you said So. We have signed at our breakfast door grad go breakfast only.

We got there late at night and the man turned us away after we booked over a week in advance and placed our credit card which wasn’t suppose to be used at all just to hold it was charged and declined because we did not have a limit of what our full total was on it but I had called and told them we would be using our bank card and make sure everything was ok after that happened. They assured us we where fine and the room would be held. We drove 5 hours and 6 children only to get there and be told no we couldn’t stay because of the card issue so my husband asked could we just rent a room and the man told him NO. So we left and I called back and he agreed to rent a room but why not let us rent one when we where there the first time is beyond me. We finally got our room and got some rest he apologized but just wish he could have rented it to us instead of all the hassle.

Excellent Handicap Accessible Room
AMAZING, handicap accessible room. Everything was lodging must comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The bed, the tub and toilet, the height of items were perfect! The room was very clean and comfortable. I will stay there again on my travels. They take great pride in making this hotel neat, clean and safe.

The rooms were very nice and the staff were friendly. The only issue we had was no coffee made in the mornings and no continental breakfast. We were up for the day betwwen 6 amd 7 and they hadnt made any.
