We liked the room it was spacious and clean however the bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way. The Ice maker on the 3rd floor was not working and nothing could be fixed until Tuesday (january 2nd). The hot breakfast was not very hot due to the utensils resting in the pans instead of having small plates to lay them on. Although small the refrigerator in our room kept our drinks very cold.

The hotel is just old and out dated. Stains all over the carpets and drawers held shut by cardboard wedged in.

Enjoyable stay
Comfortable, clean, and good location. Easy to book and reasonably priced. Would prefer to see more recycling bins around. Smoking area (rear patio) had no covering. Parking lot could be cleaned up and bushes/trees trimmed. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room next to us had small dogs that barked until 1:15 a.m. Hotel staff attempted to contacted the room occupants but it was not helpful. While this is kot necessarily the hotel's fault, it is their policy to allow animals at the facility. The hotel itself had a musty odor and there were a lot of ceiling tiles with water damage. The carpets were dirty. The pool area was dirty with trash on the floor and generally just appearing not well kept.

Definitely a 2-star property. Our room was cleaned but still dirty. Built up dust in bathroom exhaust, corners filthy, needs to be redone. Pool ladder broken, no bottled water available and breakfast was limited.

A night of noise
The hotel is fine but my room was very noisy. The vent from the bathroom wouldn’t shut off and there was a whistling noise, possibly coming from the AC that lasted all night

Most uncomfortable beds of any hotel I stayed at these last two weeks. One felt like it had a downhill slope, the other was just tooo soft. No luggage rack in room, holes in blackout curtains, worn carpet, huge stain on chair in room, and my key card didn't work half the time requiring someone to let me in to the room.

The staff was great! We were missing part of a curtain in our room and they accommodated us as best they could with a full hotel. Breakfast was reasonable. We were very happy with how quiet the room was.

I was extremely disappointed due to unworkimg bathroom doors, squeaky loud water pipe as well as bathroom fan. They moved us and then that room that was "cleaned" for us had no lockimg bathroom door as well as crotch plastic from a swimsuit on the bathroom counter!!! The staff was very unfriendly except for one person and the breakfsst area was a big disappointment and to top it off, the hot tib didnt work! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and honestly, this was the worst hotel that we have ever stayed in.

Filthy gross place!
The carpet and the upholstered furniture was stained and filthy. The bed had human fluid stains along the side. There were spiderwebs on the picture frames, and weird stains on the walls. The phone was broken, the security lock on the door was broken, the hot tub by the pool was broken, the pancake machine at breakfast was broken, our mini fridge didn’t work, and the jetted tub in our room was broken too. The room stunk like mold and mildew like dirty old sweaty shoes. We ended our vacation early and left as soon as we could!

Really gross place!
The room smelled so strongly of mold, the carpet and armchair was filthy and stained. Everything was dirty and gross. The walls were stained and there were cobwebs on the pictures! the fridge in the room was warm, the jetted tub was broken, as was the hot tub at the pool and also the pancake machine at breakfast. Our room phone was broken too. The staff was very sweet and tried to accommodate, but our stay was not enjoyable at all.
