Breakfast was missing in my opinion had a couple things thats it. Stayed in rapid city few nights before same hotel they had a whole spread for breakfast. Place wasn't great but not terrible just ok

Initially noticed the large floor mat by the entry doors was dirty; needed a good vacuuming! Judging by attendent occupied in a supply room (behind front desk) with vacuum sitting out as though that would be his next duty. Thought the Lobby was so bleak of color and design; though sofas and end tables were of Quality, there lacked a little flair that could be inexpensively added by a vase` with silk flowers on one side of loveseat (sofa) or an add of a unique table lamp could help kivin the room. Because we booked reservation with third party, desk clerk could not provide me with an invoice or state for what my credit card was paying. Strange in my view since I was to carte blanche sign the establishment's contract.

I found a filthy sock in the room when I first walked in and then found a bed bug infestation in the mattress. I took pictures and video. Staff was happy to give a refund and I left immediatly

Advertise a pool and hot tub but they are not in working order and havent been for sometime. They send people to sister hotel across the street. Sister hotel is tired of it and no longer allowing it. Fix them or dont advertise them. Hotel manager, nre young gal, was quite nice.

So-so
Perhaps because we were traveling with our dog, we received a little lesser quality room but several items in our room worked poorly or didn't work. I did report the items to the front desk and hopefully, the room has been repaired before anyone else stayed in it.

Staff smoked right next to the doors and every hallway by door smelled of cigarettes and other things. The luggage cart was not very solid, and should be fixed or replaced. Breakfast was very minimal and nothing healthy or had protein for the day. Definitely needs to have a lower price to get people to go to it.

Typical Quality Inn; clean, nice pool, and good bed and television. It is great to be able to travel with my dogs who weigh 8 pounds and 12 pounds.

There is no elevator. I am disabled and was told that a king on the first floor would be an upgrade. But then they found a clean 2 queen room. The bathroom has mold. We could hear the TV above us, every step, movement, talking, and water running. If you want to sleep, find another place.

The staff was incredibly unprofessional - very sloppily dressed and smelled like weed. Our room wasn’t properly stocked with any of the essentials like hand towels, wash cloths, soap, shampoo, anything like that. There was also a baby’s onesie left on the vent in the bathroom…like what?! I know wanted to give this hotel the benefit of the doubt, but wow it was bad if I’m being totally honest.

Not worth the savings
The first room they gave us on the ground floor had a window that wouldn't lock and a screen that had been torn out. The second room had a strange odor plus at least one of the bed pillows smelled like it had been used. Couldn't wait to leave! Wonder how it got such a high review.

Good for a place to crash for a night but don’t expect much. The room was average cleanliness. Pool and hot tub were in op. Staff was dressed in sweats and pajama pants at check in. The only thing worth eating in the breakfast area was the milk and yogurt. You get what you pay for, if you want more than a clean bed go elsewhere.

We were told upon check in that neither the pool or hot tub were functional, but that Fairfield owned the property and if they weren't too busy we could use their facilities. We'd have to go over ourselves and check, though.The ice maker was out of order, the pop machine's cooling function was out of order, hotel staff were in street clothes and breakfast contained no protein option other than sugary yogurt. The rooms are extremely dated and look nothing like what's on the website. Definitely not worth the $142 this totalled with fees. It seems like Fairfield could either put a little money into this or shut it down.

Needs updated bad
The building needs a facelift bad on the outside . The rooms were good and very clean . The staff was very helpful and very pleasant to talk with but that was only when they wasn’t outside in their car smoking cigarettes . Ice machine doesn’t work and hot tub was also broken .

Didn't get room I booked. Second room tv didn't work and room wasn't cleaned. To get to third room had to claim stairs with a bad knee. Room wasn't that clean. Linen was ripped and dirty. Will Not ever stay there again.

First off i payed $222 for a room that smelled like pee and cigarets and stink bathroom carpet was smelly and pieces missing the bed was itchy we got bites all over our body furniture bed and mattress looked like junky hotel old and smelly like in pics i couldnt sleep cause of smelly cigaret pillow cases and pee it was strong
