The rooms were nice sized and very clean. The breakfast was decent but the staff didn’t really clean tables or make sure items were stocked. Overall great for the price!
The room was comfortable and the staff were very nice. My only complaint was that during a 3 day stay, I had to return to the desk to get my key cards recoded several times.
Nice staff. The parking lot was resurfaced, so parking was limited. No big deal.

Staff was helpfull, Breakfast was good, room was clean and quiet. AC did not work and it was 85*f in the room. Shower head was loose and sprayed water out the side, clear across the bathroom. Pool was dirty and hot tub was broken.
The staff was doing laundry behind the front desk, along with the Lobby being too warm drew flies to the breakfast area. It was supposed to be a pet free facility and there were many dogs in an out of the lobby. It was defiantly not worth the money!

Staff was attentive and able to help when needed. Room was clean and easy to access. Not sure if the person tending the continental breakfast was fully attentive as the main items ran out and it took 15 minutes to restock. This was at 6:30am 30 minutes after it opened, so there must have been a early morning run that emptied it.
Our check in was just fine & the guy working at the front desk was great. The building seems old and dirty. Our bed was very uncomfortable & sheets and comforter had brown/yellow stains. This place is WAY too expensive for what you get.

We found garbage by the couch stuff still in the freezer.
The deadbolt didn't work.
We had to have our door card re key 5 times.
There was no remote for the TV.

Showed up for my 2 queen room with sofa bed for my family of 5. After 8 hours in the road to catch the Rushmore lighting ceremony we arrived just before midnight to learn we had a king room with sofa bed. One kid had to sleep on the floor. Very disappointed.
Front desk was friendly. Room was clean. Renovations were going on but didn't affect our stay.

Check in went ok got to room AC or heat didn't work switched us to another room which has 2 queen beds and I reserved a king bed which you'd think they would put you in a room with a king bed , the owners of this Hampton inn really should sell it to someone who has some kind of clue how to run a hotel
They lied about a working whirlpool and there water slide was a joke and our air handler unit did work which made it warm in our room they said the had no other availability. I am never staying there again
Check in staff did not know how to properly do their job. Swimming pool offered a water slide that was open but no water to it. Beds were uncomfortable and so was bedding. Worst Hampton I’ve ever stayed at.
They were in the process of renovating the rooms and curtains were on back order so there was none. The nice gentleman at the front desk did allow us to see the room prior to checking in incase we wanted to cancel but all the rooms in the town were booked so we went with it. The hallway on the 3rd floor was freezing but our heater in our room worked well (we had other friends who stayed and their heaters didn’t). I don’t know if I’d call getting new bedding and curtains a fully renovated room, when the bathroom tub and heaters could use an obviously upgrade. Kids enjoyed the pool even though it was freezing. Breakfast was good. The didn’t do a good job of shoveling their parking lot or the hill you have to climb to get out, we had to put our vehicle in 4WD just to get out. I also didn’t like that they had to take a photo copy of my credit card.
This hotel looks good online in the pictures, but is a major disappointment. The water slide and pool are not maintained and the slide has no running water for it. The beds are awful!
