Check in time mentioned in reservation. It is between 4 pm - 11:30 pm. If you want to do early or late check in then you should have message or call us so we can arrange late check in . We are small & less expensive hotel so we can’t have 24 x 7 front desk. Sorry for your inconvenience.

After waiting 30 minutes for the employee to come check me in (he said he was cooking in the back, but didn't take the phone with him so missed my 14 phone calls...), I got checked into one if the most ill-kept rooms I've ever stayed in. There's mold on the walls in the bathroom, the toilet looks like it's never been cleaned, and there is no latch on the inside of the door. Do not stay here.

was just expecting a budget place to crash, but the heating was on too much making it unreasonably hot and couldn't leave the window open due to traffic noise... fan provided didn't work... TV had only half dozen channels and poor sound, fridge was loud, in short not a good night's sleep...

Just plain filfy, inside and out!! I’m sure it was cleaner when we left! Will never stay there again! We seen the bad reviews but thought we would decide for ourselves. It has potential but you have to spend money to make money. Seems short staffed or the staff that’s there is just lazy!

This hotel is neglected . Building is run down , carpets were filthy, sheets starting to get holes, tiles in the bathroom cracked and siliconed. The bed had 4 pubic hairs , I lifted the sheets and the mattress covers are stained . Hair on the towels in the bathroom and the rooms are musty .

Bed Bugs! Checked in, discovered bed bugs shortly after with bites on my hands, forearm and wrist, flipped over the pillow and THEY scurried away. Left immediately. Front lobby was closed for the night. So went to stay elsewhere. Returned for a refund when the office opened in the morning. Was told I would get a refund. Checked my bill recently, they still charged me for the first night, and only refunded the additional nights I had booked. Just an horrendous experience!

It was really dirty and there was a lot of broken things in the room like the lamp and one of the fridges. The carpet was really stained and disgusting. There were chips in the wall and some of the outlets were crooked. The curtains were outdated and the room overall felt grimy and dinghy. The cleanliness was not there and it looked like whoever cleans does the bare minimum. The sheets were okay but it looked like the kind of place where you would get bedbugs. The lock didn't have a deadbolt and it would have been super easy to lock pick from the other side if someone wanted to come into the room unexpectedly. The place itself was convinent to get to but the state of the property was dirty and unkept. There was litter and smokes all over the front entrance lobby when you check in and it was univiting. The staff were friendly at the front desk and were great about explaining the expectations of the property but then the staff were having a party upstairs and were also smoking and drinking alcohol on the front steps of the property. There was also a fire extinguisher that was from 2001, and it was charged but again it matched the rest of the place where it was outdated and unkept. There was also a lot of dust on top of the fire extinguisher which indicated that it wasn't pulled from its socket and checked regularly. I don't know how this place has survived health and safety inspections. Would not recommend unless there are some changes made to the property.

Not clean. The stairs were not vacuumed for a long time. The table in the room was not wiped. Garbage outside and on the parking lot. Didn't stay but left when we saw the place.

The staff was very friendly with check in. The beds were a 6/10. The cleaning was nit so great outside or in hallways. The room very out dated and and the TV was not good only a couple channels and no remote. Outside could use a cleaning as ppl leave garbage all over. Was some what worth the pricing but for this location and area this place could go a long way with a little TLC. Overall I would give it a 4/10

The room where we stay is not clean the bathroom is scary, the room has no fire alarm the floor is dirty but we have to stay coz the only place we could book for last minute and to keep us warm and have place. They only have satellite 3 channels available.Good thing is we only need few hours of of sleep and hit the road.

This is a budget level hotel that is very good at providing a cozy bed at the end of the night. Do not book it if you're looking for a bath, substantial local amenities or to spend long times within your room for your vacation. The prices for off-season are fantastic, the hotel staff are very good, and the beds are lovely. The location for anything mountain-related is great! Just realize it is an older, low amenity establishment rather than expecting the world.

location is great. 15 min to Canmore, 20mins to Banff 30mins to sunshine ski resort 50mins to lake Louise resort. Price is cheap, has gas station nearby Cleanliness still needs improve
