"The property if an excellent choice for a visit to Banff located just a short distance from downtown on the edge of town, offering opportunity for wildlife to drop by. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, but there were no problems that needed their help. The property is new so some facilities were not open, but should are ready within the next few weeks."

"Great location in the heart of Banff, affordable price. Only have a minor complaint and it’s the tv. Really needs to be updated with a smart tv, we’re in the 21st century. It would be nice to come back to the room after a long day of exploring or skiing or even going out for a few drinks and getting back to the room where you can watch decent shows or movies. Even if that means logging in to your personal Netflix account. The fact that there’s the same 2 movies and highlights of old sports games is mind blowing. But maybe that’s the policy so people are out and spending money, but not everyone wants to go out and drink all night nor have the privilege to do so. Another minor inconvenience was the hotel restaurant was closed the two nights we were there due to some maintenance, what are the chances right.? But regardless there were lots of places to choose from close by. Still a very nice place to stay at whether it’s a couple, family, or a few friends."
