Super Bad Hotel

Pros: Nothing!
Cons: Everything,staff, breakfast, rooms.
This is the worst hotel I ever stayed. Staff are rude, they don't do their work properly. Cancel my reservation even when I call telling them I was going to arrive late. And their breakfast was really bad, at 8AM there didn't have more breakfast available. My room was never cleaned while my stay, I had to clean it my self.

Hotel close to everything with just a U turn.

Pros: Beds and pillows. Breakfast was alright. Pool.
Cons: More staff. The front desk was overwhelmed. She was working answering phones, dealing with clients trying to check in at lobby and other questions.
Location: Less than a mile from Speedway. Anything and everything within 4 miles.
The beds and pillows were comfortable. We were on the back side 2nd floor right in front of the pool. Breakfast consisted of omelets with cheese that you had to warm up, waffles, yogurt, cereal, hot oats, if you were there by 6am you could guarantee. The juice machine seemed as if the mix didnt work so it was concentrated shot of the liquid you chose. It seemed overstaffed and over worked. Lines were always long in the lobby. We had an issue where we wanted to leave a day early and were told that we would have to speak to the Manager. The Manager was not available the rest of out stay and so we were not able to check out with a refund.

Disappointing

Pros: Location. Stayed there many times in the past. Gone downhill.
Cons: Everything
Location: Near good restaurants. Central location. I know the area so want to be where the motel is located….but in the future??
Old decor- needs updating. Door lock did not work well with the card. Staff not too concerned about problem.

Pros: the pool
Cons: You name it..
Location: Great location.Loved the raceway across the street and nearby dining
The remote control didn't work and had trouble with using the in room phone even to call front desk.when we got to the room,sitting right outside our window was a used up old stained mattress which was to be moved asap and was not until the next evening.Stained brown marks on the wall also desk drawer would not open at all and the shower mat was pulled up halfway and molded.

Unclean!

Stay far away they do not clean these rooms. There was a used bar of soap in the shower with hair all over it when we arrived. Cookies under the bed. The water does not stay a consistent temperature while showering. I am 100% sure the only thing the maids do is take out trash and make the beds. THATS IT! Stay away this place is filthy.

3 night stay with 30 percent discount very affordable, only problem I had was the cards to get into the room kept not working

The staff was rude and un professional. The room was dirty even asking them to clean it. There were roaches in the lights hair in the towels. The complementary breakfast was a joke and the toaster didn't even work. I wouldn't recommend the place to the devil. This place shouldn't have a rate. I would rate it a NEGATIVE 5 STAR

Hotel receptionist was rude

Pros: Nothing from what we observed
Cons: Hotel receptionist needs to be more understanding, and the place did not leave a good impression about cleanlyness both inside and near the pool area.
Hotel receptionist needs training, big time. When we first arrived we checked out some rooms that were open and were not impressed. When we decided to look some where else we were told that because we booked on line we had to cancel through the on line service. We decided that it wasn't worth it and we'd take our chances that our rooms would be better then the ones we veiwed. When we returned to the Days Inn at about 2pm we were imediately told we'd have to wait till 3pm period before we could be helped. So we waited, when we tried to get our rooms we were told they had been cancel, very coldly. To say the least we, 3 couples, were not happy.
