“Not too bad...”

I was only in Daytona for a Long Weekend so I cannot complain about the Bermuda House. Sure, it would have been nice if I could have opened he sliding glass door, but they are under renovations in that respect. In the bathroom in the room, the fan was on continually and the toilet ran, but I just closed the door-all these sounds kind of reminded of me of the sounds of my own house, white noise. The continental breakfast was just enough in the a.m. and the location of the hotel was perfect! I had just left 4 and half feet of snow in my yard so the blue sky, sunshine and 70 degree temps. were perfect!

It was the best stay I've had in Daytona. The staff was friendly, my room was clean, the first room I have had that didn't smell... smoke, dampness, and the A/C didn't smell like mildew. I had an ocean view room and to wake up to that and the sounds of the waves. GREAT, I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

“Nice place to stay”

We had some problems with the airconditioning in the first room, so they upgraded us to an ocean view, and were very helpful about doing so--even offered to help with the move. Very nice staff. The hotel is older, so don't expect luxury, but has a nice pool, and easy to the beach. Did not see any bugs, and though older, the room was clean and nice enough. Handy with shopping just across the street, as well as a few restaurants.

“Beautiful Hotel”

Bermuda House was a nice place to stay and is pet friendly. Breakfast selection was okay, muffins, bagels, and cereal-juice, coffee, and milk. Beach was beautiful and had umbrella/chair rental available-the ice cream man even drove by

“Better then expected would go back”

John checked us in at 3 am the night we arrived it was fast and right into our rooms. The rooms were clean, had kitchens and faced the beach. We had two rooms one on the first floor and one on the third. So we had a look at two different rooms each having there benefits. The third floor had a great view from the balcony. Third floor room had chairs for the balcony and a patio with chairs on the first floor. The first floor had a nice kitchen seperate from the bedroom. They kept the rooms clean and neat. The hotel had a free breakfast in the morning that had bagels, muffins, danishes,etc. with coffee and juice that they kept stocked and clean. The hotels pool was nice and clean and comfortable, there was also a kiddie pool that was very nice for families. There is a charge each day for parking but that was not a big deal at all considering we were right on the beach and also had a parking space by our rooms when we returned. I love the fact that we were right there on the beach, the beach was beautiful and not that crowded. The hotel next door had a nice little tiki bar and a dj by the pool that we would listen to at night. I think the location and everything about the hotel was better than expected and we had a wonderful time. I would definatly recommened this hotel to people for the price and location I think that it was wonderful!

I was very pleased with this hotel. It was clean. Great location (right on the beach). The pool was huge. The staff was exceptionally great. There is a shopping plaza directly across the road. I will definetly take my family back to this hotel. Recommend to everyone.

“Our New Home Away From Home!”

When we booked the hotel, I was very skeptical because we got an excellent rate (Expedia Special Rate). Once we arrived, all my fears were immediately put to rest. The hotel looked great on the outside, was in an excellent location and was very clean. Once we got to our room, I was even more impressed! The room was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfy and everything worked! We had a GREAT experience and will definitely stay there again when we go back to Daytona Beach!

“Best hotel in Daytona Beach”

Absolutely the best hotel. The finest service I have ever received. Latoya and Tami both went out of their way to make certain we were happy. I called ahead to verify my reservation as I had made it through Expedia the day we were to arrive. LaToya immediately answered and verified everything for me. Due to a serious accident the freeway was closed for hours and we arrived 7 hours late And missed meeting the wonderful Latoya. Tami was so gracious and got us in right away even waiving the parking and safe charges. Wow she was incredible and even came in the next day on her day off to bring my son a boogie board. Unbelievable...we got to meet Latoya the next day also and she was fantastic helping us with extra towels and spending time getting Us discount tickets and telling all about the area. The hotel is located right on the beach and we parked our car right outside our room. Our door opened right to the pool that was crystal clear and clean. With a nice kitchenette and a sliding door opening to the ocean. Fantastic. The beach was like our own private one for the hotel as there was no public access. The cleaning staff did a great job. Even at the same price I would still choose this hotel over the Hilton--read the reviews of the Hilton for your self.. We also visited there and the beach access was so crowded with thousands of people and $17 parking. We stayed for a week and will definitely be back next year.
