“Don't believe everything you read!”

After reading other customer reviews about The Knights Inn, my boyfriend and I were quite skeptical, but I was very pleasantly surprised with how nice it was! For the price it is a very nice hotel! It even has a pool!!! Thank you for a very wonderful stay :)

“Great Place to Stay for the Money!”

This hotel was exactly what I expected. It wasn't the best in the world but it was good. The free wireless internet was fast and easy to access with the code from the front desk. The desk clerks were friendly and the room was older but clean. No bugs or filth so for the money it was a great value. Complimentary Coffee, juice, fruit, instant oatmeal and honey buns were offered every morning and the breakfast area was clean and organized. The location is convenient with nearby restaurants and plenty of shopping.

I had a pleasant stay at an economical hotel. Free continental breakfast. Coutreous and friendly staff.

I stayed here for two nights when visiting the Dayton Hamvention. This is a good mid range motel, which was clean with all facilities working. I would stay here again.

This hotel was conveniently located and comfortable. Definitely not fancy, but the accommodations were adequate and the room was quiet.

“Good Enough to Rest”

For the bargain price, this Knights' Inn fulfilled our needs. It was nice to have Bob Evans and Perkins within walking distance as well as multiple other conveniences. We could tell a lot of remodeling has been done and is still going on. Thanks for a decent place.

“Dayton Bargain”

This hotel was well worth the rate we paid to stay there. The room was clean, the pool well-maintained and the desk staff friendly and accommodating. The air conditioning worked fine and they allowed our small dog to stay for a refundable $25 deposit. The free high-speed wireless didn't work when we were there and the pillows were worn out and thin. When we asked for more, the hotel was only able to produce two more, which wasn't adequate. No iron, hair dryer or alarm clock in the room but they did have a microwave and a mini-refrigerator.

“Needs a lot of work”

The exterior has clear deferred maintenance issues. Not a huge concern for me as the hotel was a budget choice for me and, frankly, I don't hang out a lot outside. The main living space in the rooms was reasonably comfortable and appeared to be in good condition. Good selection of channels on the TV. There was also free wireless internet service in the room, which was an unexpected plus. However, I think the bathroom was a disgrace. The floors were beat, and the tubs and wall surrounds need to be replaced. They are in awful condition. Overall, its a clear budget choice but can still be a little better. You could pay $10-$20 more at neighboring hotels and do better.
