Absolutely 0 stars for this place.. the guy at the front desk charged me extra for a friend coming which was fine then after I tapped my card and saw it withdraw from my account he told me that I needed to pay again. I told him I wasn't paying again cause It had already came out he said they wouldn't be credited. We argued a bit, I showed him the charge on my account. He proceeded to tell me he wasn't giving me my ID back and wouldn't give me the room keys. My friend stepped in and took over getting my ID and the key cards to the room but this was very unprofessional as a business. There was big blood stains all down the hallway. Room was disgustingly dirty. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Staff was unnecessarily rude. Terrible experience.

This place is absolutely disgusting!! Beds are hard and dirty, they don’t even give you a blanket to sleep with. The whole building smells like mildew, car alarms going off all night, paper thin walls, all around a horrible experience!

Me and my family stayed here and we went to bed but i got woken up to getting bit and turns out they had bed bugs and my wifes neck and her shoulders are swollen from the bites and they are adult ones so dont stay there

The property was dirty, curtains had holes in them. I got sick because of the smoke vapors. I booked a non smoking room. People smoked everywhere, I couldn’t sleep throughout my stay. You are better off paying a little more for a better experience.

This is legit the most affordable option. They will tell you to pay a cash deposit. Which isn't a legal transaction. No receipt. So you don't smoke in the non-smoking room after requesting no smoking and they have smoking rooms available. At 3am exterior doors were wide open, and they'll tell you it's a safe area. Comical. Completely operated by sham artist from overseas. Bring your bug spray! I would have taken pictures had I not had a life. Do better!

Gentleman at the window was nice but door handle on door was broken and I was not switched to another room. Doors were propped open for easy access.

the room looked nice a little dirty, bathroom door wouldn't shut because the bottom part was off the hinge. the main door we had to push it really hard for it to close and lock
Saw FOUR cockroaches. Moldy tub/shower. No late checkout not even 30 minutes! Rude, not accommodating whatsoever. No mini fridge, no microwave, no coffee machine. Absolutely disgusting.

I don't exactly know how to begin my day there. It started off with a room with bugs and a refrigerator TV didn't work moved to another room someone else was in there. Move to another room it smelled horrible move to another room smelled not as horrible but the covers were very dirty. Won't be back

When i enter in my room i found three cockroach. In washroom no body wash , only one towel for 2 adults. Price is cheaper but in terms of cleaning i want to give zero rating.

Charge $10 per hour for late check out even if you had late check-in. Bugs me when hotels have grab and go breakfast but only if you are up early. If you arrive late and sleep in you do not get the same amenities if you wake up early...you pay for it either way so why can't you grab a piece of fruit at noon?
Floor was sticky. Lighting not good - light over mirror too narrow and blocked by a partition from the ceiling. General room lighting inadequate, though lights over headboard of bed were okay.
Their security deposit varies from $20-100, and be careful if you book a smoking room, as apparently they don't have smoking rooms. You'll get an extra charge if you smoke in your room, plus lose your security deposit.

We got out the car property was damaged a warning sign? Then we walked inside to a FUNKY BAD SMELL, dirty couch and more broken furniture!! I wanted to leave then as they tryed to add $50 to our bill for non smoking!! But my Wife still tried to stay and give them a chance but we had to see the room first, well in the room the sheet was nasty and the spread had cigarette burns in it. So we demanded a change and they did and that was the worst and the end. The lady came out with this WHITE SHEET and put it on the bed and there was a BLACK SPOT MOVING ON THE SHEET (A BED BUG) the manager tried to crush with his fingers I wouldn`t let him and told him this was a deal breaker we where out and wanted our money back. The manager (SWEPT THE BED BUG ON THE FLOOR) as if it was nothing then tried to offer us another ROOM !! SCARRY !! THIS PLACE IS A HEALTH HAZARD !! THE STAFF AND THE PROPERTY NEEDS TO BE CHECKED BY THE STATE HEALTH DEPARTMENT!!!!!! STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO DONAT BLOOD TO THE BUG BANK!!!!!

The hotel wasn’t dirty, just dingy due to age. The cooling system didn’t work. We could only use the fan setting. There was mold and mildew in the shower and the faucet of the sink was so loose it almost came off in our hands. There were no Kleenex in the room and it was exactly what it was advertised as. Cheap, and not just in price. We definitely won’t be using them again any time soon.
Poorly kept property. Discarded bathtubs in courtyard, grounds poorly maintained, rooms in great need of cleaning and upgrading. Will not stay here again, nor recommend.

Not what was stated on website when searched. Wanted coffee maker, refrigerator & microwave in room. There was a great seating area to chat, king size bed but needed more pillows.
this property is in moderate condition. It is showing age and is in need of many minor repairs. There were no bugs and I was able to take a hot shower, so there you have it. There were no handicap accessible rooms. The toilets were very short.
