“So close to University of Dayton”
Great stay. We were there for a college visit and the location was perfect, the location was quiet, the lounge was welcoming...... I would definitely stay there again.
“Dayton”
Nice room but heat was on with no way to turn it down.
“Pretty Good”
Initial room had TV that did not have many functions. They moved us to a new room with no problem.
“I thought it would be nicer”
We had to move twice before finding a room that was acceptable.
“Great Value for the Price”
The hotel is a bit dated (could use some revovation), but it was a great value for the price. I was in town for one day with a rental car and the free parking was a nice bonus. I slept like a baby on the confortable bed and liked to location (not far from the University of Dayton and the Dayton Airport). Overall, it was a nice stay for me. A good value.
“Looking tired, no attention to detail”
Nothing Special, inexperienced service, down elevators, slow restauraunt service. However quality food, comfortable bed
“Nice, But Could Be So Much Better”
The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel appears to be getting ready to undergo somes changes. It was located conveniently for my needs and there were a few restaurants around the hotel. The neighborhood was not great but I didn't feel in danger or anything. The staff was nice. Some of the other guests were too rowdy and when we said something to them, they were kind enough to apologize which surprised me. Overall, it was a nice hotel for the price and for my needs, but I vacation in Orlando a lot and expect more from those hotels. The major improvement needed is the bathroom - it is VERY small.
“It was OK.”
Since there are not many nice hotels in this area, it may be a necessity to stay here again. Requested a room with king-size bed but got 2 queens with no reason given. No shampoo in the entire place. Carpeting in hall was disgusting! Valet parking only. Good points - chocolate chip cookies given at the desk when you check in.
“New Years Eve Party”
My husband, my sister and myself booked a room here because we had a party up the street to attend. My feelings are mixed about this hotel for a few reasons. Parking was a $9 valet or taking my "chance on the street" (per the front desk manager). The room itself was very clean and unworn, but the housekeeping ruined it because there was a used sanitary napkin wedged under the sink cabinet, where it was clearly visible from the toilet. Other than having to go explain to the front desk lady that I'm trying to have a fun time for my stay, I had to request someone to come up and dispose of the napkin, some plumbing pieces, and to please bring up 2 lightbulbs that need to replace bad ones. Other than those thins, people were reasonably nice and the cookies you get at check-in are to die for!!
“Not impressed.”
The hotel was fine. It was clean, the staff was friendly but I was not wowed by anything.
